His pupils must also have suffered ill effects. Other teachers would also suffer ill effects. Pupils must have suffered some brain damage. There should be two class actions against the County Council.

When Gerald Coulter (Ph/Fax 01923 262726), in 1995, first bumped into the then Chief Executive of the County Council, Peter Harvey, Harvey was riding high because he and his fellow Masons had just awarded a £100 million waste disposal contract to Drinkwater Sabey. Councillor Jewitt, vice chairman of the committee, which awarded the contract, was a member of the same Masonic Lodge as Albert Marsden a director of one of Drinkwater Sabey’s subsidiaries. Harvey was also secretary of the Police Authority and was violating the Police and Criminal Evidence Act. Harvey, as befits his type of public servant, said to Mr Coulter "What makes you think that we haven’t dealt with people like you before". Mr Coulter simply wanted to know why council solicitor (now Chief Executive) David Jenkins had acted corruptly to deprive Mr Coulter of his legal rights. Hateful Harvey and his stinking Masonic mates did deal with Mr Coulter. Jenkins advised the police not to secure Mr Coulter’s car and then defended the police in an action brought by Mr Coulter. A solicitor and counsel have always represented Mr Coulter but Jenkins was able to have him declared a vexatious litigant. This says more about the judge than it says about Jenkins who obviously had a direct line to Dorset’s trend setting Masons.

Extraordinarily Harvey has not been prosecuted for misconduct in public office and is now stationed at Dorset police headquarters where he is still Secretary to the Police Authority. As with Thames Valley Police the Police Authority is a sick joke. We have been trying since August to get the name and address of the secretary to TVP police authority. We can almost guess his name. When Mr Coulter phoned him Harvey asked why he was being phoned at home. The bloody cheek! By his misconduct he has caused chaos and suffering in Mr Coulter’s home including visits by Dorset policemen bent on arresting him for a robbery which he did not commit. Mr Coulter pointed out to Harvey that any corrupt official can be subject to a citizen’s arrest. Harvey went berserk and shouted, "You are threatening me". Mr Coulter explained that he was conducting his own enquiries into corrupt public servants in Dorset with a view to bringing them to justice. Harvey was left spluttering like a fish out of water. There was acoustic evidence that suggested that he had soiled his underpants. He farted!

Miss Lomond Handley a former County and Poole Town Councillor is also being persecuted by Dorset Police. She was Masonic friendly but upset a stupid Mason by beginning a speech "I am not a Mason". That was the opportunity the Masons wanted to deselect her before she exposed some of the rackets they were involved in. As usual the police Masons started to harass Miss Handley. She was arrested to prevent her attending a public meeting. The police settled out of court for wrongful arrest. She was assaulted. The Crown Prosecution Service presented a case, which let her assailant go free. The police attempted to frame her on a criminal damage charge. Any day the police are likely to use their fall back charge of harassment based on false testimony. A Masonic magistrate will nod through a conviction.

Miss Handley has exposed rackets in connection with a special school, charities and neighbourhood watch groups. She names crooks that we do not propose to name until we have a copy of her complaint to the Police Complaints Authority. We would still like to know why the new chief of the Police Complaints Authority, Molly Meacher, should be asking Dorset police for a copy of a Neighbourhood Watch constitution when the PCA ignores our very serious complaints about police raids at a number of locations. Women are now the "in thing" to divert attention from Masons. They are betraying their own sex by enabling men to continue to rule the roost.

For years many of our victims have had cause for complaint about BT service and even more cause for complaint about BT Customer Services. We honestly cannot understand how customer service people can go to work daily and tell the same lies over and over again. It matters not whether complaints are about tapping, BT equipment or deceptive directory entries.

On faulty equipment the Managing Director of an international company informed us that the equipment in question was a "bread and butter line" supplied to BT at minimum profit. When we explained that we had made a large number of phone calls he said effectively "The responsibility is BT’s but they will send you round in circles until you give up".

As previously reported there is next door a drug site, which should belong to us. It has been developed purely as the consequence of the corruption of Chiltern District Council and Department of the Environment condoned by the police. NO! Don’t believe us. Sheena Macdonald would not have believed that a Metropolitan policeman would be acquitted after he knocked her down and that the Crown Prosecution Service would not appeal the acquittal. The problem site was used for the importation and distribution of cocaine. After Labour was elected it closed down for a year. In July and August 1998 when the new nominal occupiers of the site, H Hearn & Son, arrived Thames Valley Police started harassing us. We found that directory entries were being manipulated to conceal the locations of companies, which appeared to be operating from the site. These were Capricorn, Hearns, Icy Cools, Simon Elvin, German owned Hellmanns of Osnabruk and others whose identity we could not establish. We found it strange that Hellmanns did not appear in the directory while their depot a few miles away had an entry. Also Hellmanns do not have a Vehicle Operators Licence. Icy Cools had a fax entry only. Capricorn had been removed. A witch calling herself Sue Jones (Fax 0800 731 8187) asked us to send her details. We sent details and reminders but heard nothing from the cow.

There appear to be problems when a subscriber has more than one line. We believe that the lines are bridged with one monitor. This causes malfunction on either or both lines. If we make a long telephone call the line often goes dead for about half a minute and may reconnect itself.

Previously we reported how British Telecom and Oftel attempted unlawfully to stop us sending copies of VOMIT to Labour Party offices. Blair would say to Vallance "No peerage Ian if you don’t". That is how Blair works.

Here is what the monkey wrote to Mr Coulter "Please be aware for future reference, that in the extremely unlikely event that tapping is an issue, calling from the line itself negates the value of any investigation by BT." Spoken like a Mason exercising caution!

We had to deal with another cow named Amanda Davies (Fax 01865 240352) after BT had provided Thames Valley Police with a running commentary on calls we were making while the police were committing criminal offences on our property on 18, 21 and 22 August last year. On 22 August BT prevented us from making outgoing calls for help. We were saved by an incoming call. The Davies cow said that since the police were monitoring the calls the monitoring was lawful. The whole police operation was unlawful. BT were interfering with our calls or allowing a third party to interfere unlawfully with our calls. The cow referred us to the Interception of Communications Tribunal. The ICT deals only with lawful tapping and would not have been able to consider our complaint. Had the tapping been lawful the ICT would neither have confirmed nor denied that tapping was taking place.

Bear in mind that BT is dominated by Freemasonry and Masons are above the law.

The father of a principal of Sierra Tucson had American Mafia connections. Hellmanns are German owned. Both companies benefited from serious corruption in the UK. Both companies had money to burn in the UK.

Comment: MPs should not accept gifts even when they do declare them. Blair had the use of the holiday home of a High Court judge and the Italian home of Geoffrey Robinson. In Italy Blair is known as "The Scrounger". Why should anyone make a gift to an MP especially one like Prescott? Gifts are another means of recycling drug money. He spent a large sum on improvements including the addition of a swimming pool. He then sold the house at a massive profit and emigrated to South Africa. The drug business is the biggest business in the world. We know for sure that there was an official cocaine distribution centre in Chalfont St Giles. Judging by the unjustified police raids on us and by the corruption associated with the development of a neighbouring site, drugs are still being distributed from here. It is New Labour’s ethical domestic programme. Helmut Kohl was the epitome of respectability and probity as was one Anthony Blair, our greatest lying Prime Minister.
