lp4 Life expectancy in the US

From "The World Almanac and Book of Facts", 1997, p.973, life expectancy in the US was 54.1 years for those born in 1920. It rose to 75.4 in 1990 and had stayed more or less the same for the next three years. Then it rose again to 75.7 in 1994. Preliminary figure for 1995 is 75.8 years.
