Put under consideration that it might be a weapon.

Frequencies below 100 hertz affect the mind and body in certain ways. A mother rocks a baby at about a half hertz, and this calms the baby, and this method has been used for thousands of years to put babies to sleep.

So what are 'they' doing to put the inhabitants of earth to sleep?

There are patents for subliminal mind control. One patent pulses heat at about a half hertz, to calm babies and patients in hospitals. There are other frequencies used to subdue crowds. Some frequencies interfere with heart rate and brain waves. Pulsation of sound, heat, light, or magnetism have all been used. Some frequencies of light pulsing can cause epileptic seizures.

So, what frequencies might a particle collider be emitting to keep us all calm, or alternatively, in a state of agitation?

I do not think particle colliders are a con. Maybe the research money could be better spent on something else. But I believe they exist, and their is meaningful information to be gained from them. As it stands, they cannot be used as a weapon.

This is NOT something like nuke weapons, which gives a very obvious benefit to Israel, with its Samson Option blackmail, and it being an excuse for a war with Iran, and for the American public to be scared into very large military expenditures.

In fact, in the early 90s, the public shut down a "superconducting supercollider" to be built in Texas, because they thought it was a waste of money.

Basically, one should look to things that are successfully being used as scare tactics to get more money, or for the public to rally behind some action, as being candidates for being a hoax. This has happened with nuke weapons and anthrax in the case of the Iraq war.

Big particle coliders are like big telescopes in that only those who toe the orthodox line will be allowed access. Just start publishing something that's out of the accepted dogma, and you will find yourself shut out from using either.
