<<CONCERNING LORD WOOLF-
MASTER OF THE ROLLS
On 12-2-98, in the Court of Appeal, the Master of the Rolls, ruled in
support of open hearings wherever possible.
On 26-5-98, a written request for "open court" in the matter
1998-S-165 and 495, (alleging high treason and conspiracy to defraud by
defendants, Lord Chancellor, Master of the Rolls, Senior Law Lord,
Treasury Solicitor and assistant).
On 4-6-98, at 11.30 a.m. "the judge in chambers", agreed to open
court, ordered parties to return at 2 p.m. when Court number would be
announced, and he would begin the hearing with a "blackmail" allegation
against the Treasury Solicitor.
The judge did not inform the parties that they would be kept "hanging
around and in the dark" all day, until the public and news media
departed, and it was "safe" to hold an "open court", after hours (5.35
p.m.) hearing with judge and Treasury Solicitor claiming not to have
documents (used before Master Turner on 11-5-98). The Plaintiff was
obliged to argue his case from memory because the judge took possession
of most of his documents.
The Master of the Rolls knows all of this , has done nothing for
seven days - a gross misconduct in public office, deliberately bringing
the Supreme Court and its Rules into disrepute, to cover-up his own and
his colleagues' misconduct.>>
Note that the ducking and diving judge was Mr Justice Moses of Matrix
Churchill and other infamies. It is said that he is so good on
miscarriages that he should have been a gynaecologist. There will now
be a "Save the Cardinal Operation" to silence Geoffrey Scriven.
Recently the European Commission of Human Rights has found in
favour of an applicant who was denied a hearing in open court. No
importance should be attached to this judgement. The applicant is not
one whit closer to obtaining justice or stopping closed hearings. The
ECHR does not allow criticism of members of the judiciary.

VICTIMS OF FRAUDS AT LLOYDS
It is accepted that the government intervened to give immunity
to the fraudulent Lloyds syndicates. When ordinary claimants took
their cases to court they found that judges who were names in the
syndicates that were swindling them were determining their cases.
Solicitors acting for the victims were simultaneously acting for the
fraudulent syndicates. Since Labour came to power Lord Chancellor
Irvine has failed to address the problem. Prime Minister Blair
appointed the Lord Chancellor who is a long-time friend of Blair. It
seems obvious that if Blair is to keep his promise to make fair that
which is unfair he must replace his Lord Chancellor immediately and
appoint someone who will tackle judicial malpractice. Since Blair
cannot defend himself in Cabinet without the help of Irvine he could
create a new post for Irvine - Minister for Overseas Investment of the
Bilderberg Windfalls.

A MASON BY ANY OTHER NAME SMELLS JUST AS FOUL
We have readers and contributors advising us not to keep mentioning
Masons. We have brother Masons asking us not to use the word "Mason"
and to use something like "The Mafia" or "The Establishment".
The late Stephen Knight and Martin Short risked their lives to focus
attention on the Masons. People like us have had to pay a price for
exposing them. Before a disease can be tackled universally it has to
be given a name and symptoms. The more people keep Masons in the
public eye the better.
Now we must concentrate on an even more sinister organisation that is
paranoid about secrecy and has its meetings protected by a massive
police presence looking for bombs. We refer to the Bilderberg Council.
What sort of country are we when we allow this to happen without a word
of explanation from that advocate of open government, Prime Minster
Blair? His behaviour is truly outrageous. He must be beholden to big
business including the UK and USA banks that now face prosecution for
laundering billions of dollars (estimated at 50 billion) of drug money.
More money changes hands for drugs than for food! The opposition in
Parliament sees all, hears all and says nowt. The MP for this area is
Cheryl Gillan, MP, one of William Hague's favourite daughters. One of
his favourite sons is Michael Howard, MP, the Home Secretary who
released two drug barons from a 17-year prison sentence without any
valid explanation. Note that we have repeatedly stated that the site
next door was being used for the importation and distribution of large
quantities of cocaine and that the police and the courts persecuted us
because we were seeing too much. How can we expect either the police
or the judiciary to keep within the law when their masters in government
are flagrantly breaking the law? Why should anyone in government
behave in this way? The answer has to be connected with reward.

<<SMITH DENIES 'MASON MEETING'
PUTTING RECENT humiliations behind it, the Labour Party is now
determined to present a pristine face to the electorate. So it will
not care for a suggestion that its leader and Shadow Chancellor are
linked to a "quasi-Masonic" group.
David Pidcock, author of a new book, Satanic Voices, says that
John Smith and Gordon Brown attended what he calls a "Super Masonic One
World Government Bilderberger Conference" in June last year.
According to Pidcock, the conference, which attracts little or
no media coverage, is attended by a society of "global manipulators".
Though not officially connected with the Masons, Pidcock claims
that the Bilderberg Group is closely linked with the aproned
organisation. He is not alone in criticising the group.
G Gordon Tether, 76, who earned himself a place in the Guiness
Book of Records for having the longest-running daily column in the
British press - Lombard on the Financial Times - left the paper after 21
years, after writing about the Bilderberg Group.
"The article probably had a connection with what happened to
me," says Tether. "One of the points of Bilderberger is not to have
media attention. There are always big media people there but they
never comment. It is a secretive group with important links in the
corridors of power. They are top people meeting in secret and not
reporting to anyone."
The United Grand Lodge of England disassociates itself from
Bilderberger, but Martin Short, the British authority on Freemasons,
argues that this is irrelevant. "The Bilderberg Group is definitely
Masonic in its practices," he says. "They group together for quasi-
secret meetings and have set aims and goals they want to achieve."
Both Smith's and Brown's offices deny that either man is linked
with the group. "It's absolute nonsense," says one of Smith's
spokesmen. And Lord Healey who, as Denis Healey was a conference
attender, is forceful in denying its supposed links with the Masons.
"Absolute bunk," he tells me delicately. "It has absolutely none."
The new Labour leadership can alternatively turn for advice to
Lord Tebbit, who is also happy to admit that he has attended a
Bilderberger meeting. "It's just an organisation, there's nothing
extraordinary about it in my view," he says. "It was useful to meet
people one would not ordinarily meet in an informal setting. I
remember speaking to Garret Fitzgerald, the Irish Prime Minister, and
Pearl - the American defence guy.">>
Comment:- Last week we reported how the spokesmen for John Smith and
Gordon Brown lied and how Smith and Brown were members of the Bilderberg
steering committee whose chairman was Andrew Knight, executive chairman
of News International (Rupert Murdoch). It is easy to discredit the
apologists for Bilderberg. How would Healy know whether Masons were
involved and why was he so forceful in his denial? Tebbit claims that
there was nothing extraordinary about the meeting in an informal
setting. There is nothing informal about meetings which are guarded
by armed police and at which every visitor is searched for bombs or
concealed weapons. We are holding over further information from the
Punch articles.
It cannot be right that Gordon Brown is entrusted with the
nation's financial affairs. Blair and Clinton also attended Bilderberg
meetings. When will the lumpenproletariat of the Labour Party waken
up? World government may be a good thing. Most religions seek world
government. Some of them are prepared to kill off opposition (The
Satanic Verses) but they are open about their beliefs and aims. What
we have with Bilderberg Council is secret organisation whose membership
is almost certainly white and dominated by Jews and Masons and, above
all, extremely wealthy. It wants to control both the resources and the
peoples of the world. One could expect it to bribe political leaders
and political parties.

CONSPIRACY OR COINCIDENCE?
In order to demonstrate the depths to which officialdom will
sink we tell you a tale about Inland Revenue solicitor Jeremy Burrows.
One of our number excused himself from attending court because he was
attending the funeral at Golders Green crematorium of Angus James,
editor of "Spiked", who died in mysterious circumstances while on a
visit to Asil Nadir in Cyprus. Burrows had the records at Golders
Green cemetery checked and submitted an affidavit to show that the
person who attended the crematorium was a liar.
In recent weeks activity against us has been stepped up. On 28 May,
Westminster City Council again did the dirty. On 1 June we were
introduced to a well-heeled visitor with personal numberplate (OSV186
Silver Mercedes). After he had ascertained that our premises were
unoccupied and that we had no police or legal protection we realised
that he was not genuine. On 5 June 1998 two firms of solicitors posted
letters to us. They were McKeown & Co of St Albans (fax 01727 839118)
and Heggarty & Co of Peterborough (fax 01733 562338). We suspect that
both companies were acting together. The letter accompanying the
McKeown bundle of documents was dated 29 May (seen though the envelope
window) and posted second class. Victims will be familiar with the
ways of bent solicitors. On 10 June we received notification of a
recorded delivery "small packet". On 11 June Companies House (DTI)
wrote warning us of criminal proceedings. The foregoing are a few of
the events that have occurred since we first started asking questions
about the Bilderberg Council.
We have few secrets but we now know that if we had a Tesco
Clubcard some bent legal firm would be able to tell us how many tea bags
we had used over a period of time. In this recent case we believe that
McKeown & Co learned that we had no legal rights or police protection
and that the person who should have handled their correspondence was
abroad. They increased their costs by producing a bundle of documents
and hoped to obtain judgement by default. Any legal firm that waits
seven days before posting an important bundle of documents and then
posts it second class is, in our view, bent. Most victims including us
would say that all solicitors are bent. We can only speculate about
the dates. The letter could have been written after the Silver Merc
man paid us a visit. Any information on these two legal firms and on
the Motor Insurers Bureau would be appreciated. DVLC will not divulge
the name of the registered keeper of Mercedes OSV 186.
