NEW LABOUR

GIVE A BEGGAR A HORSE AND HE'LL RIDE IT TO HELL

MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL

Ordinary Labour Party members are unlikely to make gifts of Jaguar cars, holiday homes or other gifts in cash or kind to Labour ministers. As Lord Denning explained, the briber and the bribed keep their transactions secret. We know nothing of the invisible earnings. Why is it that the Committee on Standards in Public Life and the Parliamentary Commissioner (Ombudsman) take no action against the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister for having accepted substantial gifts? Why do Labour Party members not rebel? Only by tackling this sort of sleaze can we hope to clean up politics.

COURT HEARINGS

To Chief Constable David Wilmot, Geater Manchester Police. Fax 0161 856 2036 8 September 1998

$$$$ Further to my letter of 4 September I now learn that Mr Scriven is due before Warrington Magistrates at 9.45 a.m. on Monday 14 September.

Since this case has echoes of the Kevin Taylor case - with Cheshire Constabulary acting as proxy for your force - you may feel it advisable not only to have your investigating officer present in court but also that he should give evidence on behalf of the Defendant to prove that the Defendant did not act with intent. $$$$

Note:- This Chief Constable failed to take action on Mr Scriven's complaints until this prosecution started. Mr Scriven has commenced a private prosecution of D C Swift, Clerk to the Justices at Warrington.

DONCASTER COUNCIL

$$$$ Councillor Jack Riley was jailed for 28 days for falsifying expenses of £214. Former councillor David Jones was jailed for six months for falsifying expenses of £3,500. Five other councillors were arrested on suspicion of expenses fraud. Doncaster police are currently investigating allegations about planning operations and the awarding of council contracts. $$$$

Congratulations to Doncaster police! Now that they have caught the little fish we can be assured that the investigations into the big fish, in the planning and contracts departments, will be vigorously pursued. If there are no prosecutions we gullible ones must presume that there was no corruption.

MORE ON LLOYD'S SWINDLES

David West, a Lloyd's Name, is suing Lloyd's for fraud in California. Lloyd's tried to have the case heard in England. A panel of American judges rejected Lloyd's submissions and stated "There are certainly more obstacles to plaintiffs obtaining a fair trial in England than here". Attorneys for the Plaintiffs were informed beforehand of the Royston Leicester (ph/fax 01273 323523) and Geoffrey Scriven (ph 0161 428 0764 fax 0161 428 1159) cases. Mr Scriven has been the victim of serious judicial malpractice following the secret briefing of judges by the Lord Chancellor. One of the Names in the syndicate that Mr Leicester was suing was a High Court judge who, in spite of a clear conflict of interest, adjudicated in the case. The judge was a leading Mason. He was recently promoted from the Court of Appeal to the Lords. Presumably he refused the offer of a Jaguar car or a villa in Spain. What does this tell us about the Lord Chancellor?

MORE ON FILTHY MASONS

Bear in mind that blabbermouth Blair and silent Straw have stated that parents are to blame for their children's delinquency.

Case One William Montgomerie, acting with Wayne Edwards, Gino Fiorillo, Guiseppe Defazio and Jon Grant, all from Reading, drove a car to Calais where the five Reading men stuffed the door panels with cannabis with a street value of £85,000. Montgomerie was to be paid £1,700 for the trip. He was stopped on his way home and arrested. At Reading Crown Court, Judge Stanley Spence fined him £1,700 and gave him a 2 years jail sentence suspended for two years. He avoided jail because he had given evidence against the other five men. The other five walked free from court after being acquitted on a technicality. It is not known whether the cannabis was returned to them before they left the court.

Montgomerie's father, the Earl of Eglinton and Winton, is Assistant Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England.

Note that the cocaine importation business at Chalfont St Giles had its roots at Theale, near Reading and a secure store in Reading. H Hearn & Son currently occupy the Chalfont St Giles site in partnership with Hellmann Parcels Services. Hearns have benefited from corruption in Chiltern District Council and in the office of the Traffic Commissioner for the Eastern Traffic Area. Last week Hearns were refused planning permission but have proceeded this week to install, after the refusal, multiple telephone lines. The two ministers involved in this scandal are John Prescott and Michael Meacher who will say that they cannot be expected to know of every case that comes before them (Michael Howard's excuse). We will not be buying either of them a Jaguar or a villa in Spain. Nor will we provide them with coke.

Case Two Timothy Kaye of High Wycombe was given a conditional discharge when he appeared before Milton Keynes magistrates after pleading guilty to stealing alcohol. The case had been transferred from South Buckinghamshire to a court within Buckinghamshire but as far away from High Wycombe as possible. His father, Tony Kaye, is chairman of High Wycombe and Beaconsfield Bench.

We have found magistrates in the area to be less than impartial and, in the main, members of Beaconsfield Lodge which was located within spitting distance of Beaconsfield Magistrates Court.

MASONIC DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL

Councillor Johnstone has written a long letter to Chris Mullin, MP because Mr Mullin has taken a keen interest in the evils of Freemasonry. Previously the councillor had written to the Prime Minister. The councillor, a man of above average intelligence and education, was voted in as a councillor on an anti corruption ticket. Mr Mullin and the PM did not acknowledge receipt of his correspondence. This is one of a number of corrupt councils with Deloitte Touche as district auditors. What is wrong with this Labour government? Nothing that a few stiff prison sentences could not put right!

There is more bullshit from Jack Straw who wants to bring in an act to deal with "Misuse of Public Office". He already has that power (R -v - Dytham 1979) to prosecute Dacorum councillor Coleman and lock her up for seven years. What is he waiting for?

A feature of New Labour is the inability of the authorities to either address complaints or even reply to the complainers. We give you three recent examples. In April the Director General of Ordnance Survey promised to investigate and report back. In spite of repeated reminders we have heard nothing. On 25 August Lionel Fisher of the British Library informed us that there were two letters addressed to us on his computer and that the computerised documents were posted only on Thursdays. (27 August) The chairman of the British Library is a Tony crony named John Ashworth. He was the prime mover in charging students and is now charging £300 per annum for access to the British Library. He was also a prime mover behind several fat cat payments. We still await the two letters. Some time ago we complained to the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors about, inter alia, the City Solicitor for Westminster City Council, C T Wilson. The OSS does not acknowledge receipt of correspondence.

EAST DEVON COUNCIL AND MICHAEL COUGHLIN

Michael Coughlin lives at Pooh Cottage, Bear Lane, Budleigh Salterton, Devon EX9 7AQ. His mobile phone number 0976 695 656. Since 1986 he has suffered severe persecution by the police and East Devon Council. Like most victims he is virtually homeless and penniless. His letters are in long hand - by post.

We write from memory now and will correct any inaccuracies that are drawn to our attention. About 7 years ago we crossed swords with this council and the local MP, Sir Peter Emery. South West Water had so much leakage that it decided to build a reservoir, pumping station and residential accommodation high up in an unspoiled part of the countryside. Waste Management Inc. owned South West Water and there was a Teamsters Union connection. (Remember Jimmy Hoffa?). The national Press reported on the fight by the local population to stop the development. Emery who represented the local population supported the development.

Part of the objection was that new roads and services were being introduced into the area and that residential development would follow. Emery was a consultant to property developers. There is no record of Emery being given a Jaguar car for his support of the development. He received a fee for his services as a consultant.

In 1986 Mr Coughlin bought a house. His first act was to plaster his windows with posters supporting animal rights. The immediate reaction was visits by police investigators from all over the UK. In order to understand such a reaction one has to understand the effect that the animal rights movement had on the pharmaceutical industry. After oil companies the pharmaceutical companies are the most evil and powerful companies in the world. Threaten their profits and you can finish up dead. Commit an offence in the name of animal rights and your prison sentence will be longer than the sentence for murder. Again from memory we recall the Hoffman La Roche /Adams case. Adams reported to one of the European authorities that Hoffmans were violating the law in connection with their drug business. Adams' confidential report was leaked to Hoffman's. The next time Adams visited Switzerland he was jailed. His wife committed suicide. His business was destroyed. This should be a warning to those applicants to the European Commission on Human Rights that such applications can do more harm than good. In passing we would mention again the close ties between the Labour government and the pharmaceutical companies and how Vitamin B6 and aspirin regulations increased profits. NHS drug prices are to increase tenfold

Back to Michael Coughlin….Having bought his house Mr Coughlin proceeded with repairs and alterations to it. The police and council officials called to inspect the house. They ordered Mr Coughlin to carry out more repairs. The harassment continued until 1994 when Mr Coughlin decided that the best solution was to demolish the house. No more council and police visits. No more repairs. So thought Mr Coughlin but it was not to be. The police called and threatened to arrest him if he did not stop the demolition because he was guilty of dangerous practices that were contrary to the law. He was obliged to allow the council to complete the demolition at an estimated cost of £5,000. The demolition team used the same timber and the same method that Mr Coughlin was prohibited from using. The demolition should have been completed in one and a half days. It took 7 weeks! The council demanded payment of £30,000 for work that should have cost nothing since Mr Coughlin's method was lawful.

We stop the story here until we receive clarification about the charge on the property and other matters. We are prepared to donate £20 to help Mr Coughlin obtain a fax machine and word processor or typewriter. Without these and a standard telephone line he is going nowhere fast. What we can say now is that we suspected Masonic behaviour years ago and we are now convinced of this.

MOTORMOUTH BLAIR, CLINTON'S GOOD WEATHER FRIEND

Clinton could be impeached for pursuing the favourite American pastime. Those people who talk of immorality are jealous of Clinton's success with the women. Men lie about infidelity to protect both themselves and their official and unofficial bedmates. The man who should be impeached is Kenneth Starr for obtaining evidence by blackmail and for prejudicing the case against Clinton unlawfully throughout his investigations. The women were looking for money for their stories. A recording of a private conversation is inadmissible evidence. Who keeps a soiled dress for more than a year and notes the date?

Windbag was quick to support Clinton when he released his cruise missiles on Afghanistan and the Sudan. Sadam Hussein had humiliated the two sabre rattlers who had squandered millions of pounds in the Gulf in an attempt to keep oil prices high. Uncle Sam did not want the missiles back in America because that would have cost the military industrial complex profits. These two bright sparks decided to blast a pharmaceutical factory that was supplying much-needed drugs to the Muslim states including Iraq. The number of deaths resulting from that vindictive act could be massive. Yet the American people are not concerned about the Clinton lies told to cover this crime against humanity.

Crash investigators at Halifax are sure that sabotage was not involved. Yet they do not know the cause of the crash. How can they rule out sabotage? Eventually they will come up with some explanation. It will not be sabotage even if it was sabotage. Don't blame Monica for the next world war.

Then we have our two heroes congratulating each other over Ulster as they pull the wool over the eyes of Nationalist and Unionist alike. Motormouth was again too quick and too stupid when the Real IRA announced a cease-fire. He should have realised that Sinn Fein and the IRA had intervened to stop the slaughter. Nobody expected the end of the search for the Omagh bombers or that they would not meet with severe punishment if found. Windbag decided to look a gift horse in the mouth by sabre rattling again. There is still Continuity IRA out there and there is nothing to stop the Real IRA members joining that group. Blabbermouth believes that he can cow the Nationalists just as he has cowed the Labour MPs.

VOMIT USA & VOMIT Canada

The Canuck is still in Mexico. The Yank's report is too long and too much American-speak for the mentally retarded British public. Perhaps he will look into the Lloyd's case in California and put us in touch with David West or his Attorney (solicitor).
