BENT JUDGES CAN BE PROSECUTED

"The general rules of judicial immunity do not extend to giving a judge or magistrate an open licence to be corrupt or oppressive. Corruption would be a ground for prosecution. Oppressive conduct would result in the removal of a magistrate, and the same fate might befall an oppressive judge." ['Foundations of law Constitutional and administrative law de Smith' - Fourth Edition - pages 372 & 373 - published by Penguin Education @ £6.95.]

Don't start cheering yet. We have never heard of a judge being prosecuted for such offences. Judges can be removed only by impeachment and that has never happened. As Geoffrey Scriven (Fax 0161 428 1159) and a few others will confirm the police protect judges and judges protect the police.

COURT HEARINGS

Alexander Baron's case continues in the Inner London Crown Court on Newington Causeway at 10.30 a.m. on Monday 2 November before Judge Philpot.

Norman Scarth (ph.fax.0113 262 0449) appeared in the Court of Appeal on 21 October 1998. Norman, aged 73, was punched on the face on the steps of the Royal Courts. As anticipated Norman got short shrift from the judges. He had succeeded in his ECHR case against the UK government. The knives were out for him. A couple of weeks earlier one victim was arrested on the same steps and Marisa Sarda was thrown out of the police van because she was a "Spanish whore". Step forwards the Nazi jackboots.

A NEW DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS

Mr David Calvert-Smitth, QC, becomes DPP on 1 November 1998. His fax number is 0171 329 8366. His experience lies in fraud, corruption, organised crime and terrorism. We have no reason to believe that he will be an improvement on what has gone before. He might turn out to be another Sir Robert Marks who understands that probity in public office benefits the world and is the best antidote to strife. Let us offer him a judge for the hangman.

We have reported how a leading Mason, Millett, LJ (now Lord Millett?) was a Name in a Lloyd's Syndicate that swindled Royston Leicester (Fax 01273 323523). Millett adjudicated against Mr Leicester in proceedings in which he had a financial interest. We too would like Millett investigated for his judgement in the Bydand Limited v. Buckinghamshire County Council case.

DIRTY DACORUM AND ITS DIRTY MASONS.

Dear Brother,

We thank you for the free publicity for VOMIT but regret that the apologist for Dacorum Borough Council did not have the courage to identify himself. His use of the word "Holocaust" is deplored but, in view of the fact that Chief Executive Keith Hunt and you are Jewish, Masons and friends that sort of thing and references to Elvis Pressley and the Teletubbies was anticipated.

You must know that there is serious corruption in the council. The Dacorum Action Group had been exposing the corruption before turning to us. Usually corruption flourishes because the Press, especially the local rags, has its snout in the same trough as the council.

In our postscript you will see that everyone criticised in our publications has an absolute right of reply. Perhaps you can persuade Mr Hunt to explain why he wrote the following message to Mr D Fisher on 6 August 1998. "I acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 2 August. I do not intend to reply to your questions". Can he tell us also why Director of Finance, Mr John Reed, has not even acknowledged receipt of a letter dated 13 October from Mr Fisher?

Mr Fisher is questioning the allocation of funds by the council, which is required by its Charter to reply to correspondents within five days. What are Mr Hunt and Mr Reed hiding?

From the Avengers on behalf of VOMIT 26 October 1997 ####

OooO

Letter dated 29 October 1998 from CFAFH.

#### Lord Bingham has declined to assist in holding General Pinochet to account. His position is that he must respect the rule of law, yet every day our judges do the opposite and use their discretionary powers to protect the privileged and dispose of the unimportant.

The American philosopher Benjamin Franklin wrote that it was convenient to be a reasonable creature as it made it possible to fashion a reason to justify anything that you wanted to do. Letting Pinochet off the hook is simply the UK legal establishment doing business as usual.

Yours sincerely, Suzon Forscey-Moore, Organiser, The Campaign for A Fair Hearing, ####

Comment: Why pull your punches, Suzon? Our judges are the pits.

SACK THIS BLOODY SUNDAY LAW LORD

Lord Saville of Newdigate, mouthing on behalf of many judges, has condemned the decision of the Cardinal to require judges to declare whether they are Masons. Saville said "What is the difference between asking that question and asking whether you are a trade unionist, or in Vichy France, whether you were Jewish?" and "But from what I have heard, judges are horrified at the invasion of privacy and believe it impugns their judicial independence".

Again we have a man walking over the graves of 6 million Jews to divert criticism from Masonic Jews who contaminate the law. This is about Masonry and not about Judaism. Trade union membership is not secret. Judges are not going to be sent to the gas chambers because they are Masons. Masonry is a vehicle for invading privacy on a daily basis. By making a few Masonic signs we were able to obtain, from the office of the chairman of British Telecom, the addresses of two ex-directory subscribers. We have no doubt that we could have obtained criminal records, medical records, telephone taps and bank statements in the same manner. How can judges be independent when they are briefed by the Cardinal upon whose goodwill their promotion and immunity depends?

This judge is clearly a Masonic bigot. He is chairman of the enquiry into Bloody Sunday - an enquiry previously botched by one of his own kind, Lord Widgery. Masons, to a man, are opposed to Irish Catholic nationalism. The person who appointed Saville should also be brought to book. Saville must be removed from the enquiry immediately. The quality of his logic says a lot about the quality of our judges.

GREEKS BRINGING GIFTS - A MEAL TICKET FOR A BEGGAR

We have reported how the former ship's steward has come along way since he was pounding the decks. This Jaguar man is the beneficiary of a friendship with a Greek tycoon who has a luxury home in Cyprus. Step forward a friend of Two Bellies, Alan Beale, MP. Beale was a ferocious supporter of Arthur Scargill, who whatever his beliefs were, was a man of integrity. Now we find that chip butty man Beale has learned to use a knife and fork and is being trained in the art of gracious living by another Greek who just happens to require planning permission for a development in the Green Belt in the constituency of Andrew Dismore, MP. Beale, like his boss Prescott, has made numerous visits to Cyprus. He has been pressing his own government department to grant planning permission. Dismore is livid without cause. He was the one who sat down in secret with Shirley Porter's successor, David Weeks, and drafted an agreement to bury the three cemeteries Westminster scandal. The agreement was declared unlawful. You may recall that the three cemeteries scam was an attempt to make an incursion into the Green Belt.

There is a report that, as Beale was sitting with his mouth full of caviar in a luxurious Greek residence, his host said "That vin rouge has an excellent bouquet". Beale spluttered enthusiastically "Will he take a bet for the 3 o'clock at Doncaster?"

In the same vein it should be noted that sartorially elegant Alistair Darling, MP, is now moving from down market Stockbridge to Morningside and that he spends enough on his coiffure to wipe out the national debt. His affluence has brought home to him the need to make things difficult for the disabled by restricting benefits. For the third time since July he announced a new generous scheme for pensioners guaranteeing them a wage of £75 per week while he negotiates the purchase of a £500,000 property. What would Keir Hardie have made of the beggars on horseback? Their leader, Windbag Blair, makes even Harold Wilson appear honest. Seychelles! Here we come - rain, hail or snow. And the lumpen mass of Labour MPs accepts the crumbs from the rich man's table and the gag of loyalty.

MORE MASONS TO REGISTER

Following pressure from MPs on the Public Relations Committee Sir Leonard Peach, the Public Appointments Commissioner, is considering calling for Masons to identify themselves and show why being Masons does not affect their positions in public office. Lord Nolan came up with the same sort of twaddle. Judges are already supposed to declare whether they are Masons. Policemen are advised against becoming Masons. We know of not one Mason in public life who has been obliged to come out of the closet. If he did, the information would be treated as confidential and guarded by Masons responsible for the records. Note also that MPs never recommend that MPs should declare Masonic membership. Perhaps this socialist/capitalist government will require parliamentary candidates to declare whether they are Masons. And perhaps pigs will fly. The Prime Minister is finally responsible for all corruption that goes unpunished.

METROPOLITAN POLICE MASONS

Former Chief Supt. of Scotland Yard, John Macnamara, states that he left the Met because he could not be promoted to Commander unless he joined the Masons. Det. Supt. Tony Lundy, a catholic, and Inspector Brian Woolard believe they were victims of the Masonry. Dep. Ch. Cons. John Stalker, a catholic, of the Greater Manchester Police took the same view, as did Alison Halford. So it would appear that every senior officer in the Met is a Mason

It is alleged that Macnamara, Al Fayed's chief of security, has made use of his police contacts, to harass former employees of Al Fayed. The Met, in a long rambling statement, states that it investigates every complaint irrespective of the motives of the complainer. In reply to a letter, dated 13 October, to Sir Paul Condon from the Adsheads, Det. Con. Roy Bastin of the Fraud Squad replied on 26 October referring the Adsheads to the Greater Manchester Police. They had been seeking the arrest of the Lord Chancellor.

Many moons ago we provided Det. Sgt. Wall of the Organised Crime Squad, with information that could have stopped a massive cocaine distribution operation. He did not reply but a monkey from Thames Valley police warned us that. if we sent any more faxes to Scotland Yard, the faxes would be torn up. Subsequently we reported that to Sir Paul and provided further evidence of serious corruption to Sir Paul and his sidekick, Commander John Stevens. We have not had a single reply. The Masons rule okay? Thus avarice doth make cowards of us all.

THE CABINET PEWFS

Poor Welsh Secretary Ron Davies! It appears that Ron was handing out bananas to the ethnic minorities on Clapham Common when a big buck approached him and told him that he was working his passage to Trinidad. Ron misunderstood and was later spied by a policeman, naked from the waist down, in a Brixton housing estate. The Attorney General could not risk another Straw/cannabis gag. The tabloids were bound to get hold of the story. Ron resigned and simultaneously Mathew Parris forced Mandelson out of the closet. Why has the Windbag surrounded himself with serial adulterers and cruising pewfs? How did he manage to make such a mess of poor Ron's case?

We would like to know if Judge Gee knew of our Ron's Clapham Common walks and used the information to have the prosecution against him stopped. Could the pewf Mandelson make a similar mistake and be obliged to show preferential treatment particularly against victims of the bent Official Receiver. The problem with pewfs is that they cannot recognise one of their own kind because they dress like straight guys. How many pewfs, do you think, have been assaulted because they propositioned the wrong man?

We were amused to listen to Lady Puttnam pontificating on traffic problems in London. She appears to be more of a man than her husband. He is the one who was Chairman of the Council for the Protection of Rural England. For his performance there we would have recommended Brixton Prison rather than the House of Lords. Did the pyknic pewf, Chris Smith, put forward his name for honours? Will the Windbag now consider releasing David Shayler from the Paris prison?

On the continent the cabinet room is known as the pink room. In Spain it is called the powder (polbo) room. Who is giving Mandelson a polbo now? Ask a Spaniard from Notting Hill.

ONE NATION ANTI MASON PARTY

#### As promised we doubled our membership of one. We joined the party ourself. There are still places available in the party for people with guts and insight. Anyone can join apart from Masons. There is no charge. If victims prefer tilting at windmills that is their choice. It has taken a long time to awaken the public to Freemasonry but we cannot change the ostrich habits overnight. Let the lions have a meal! ####

STOP PRESS Charles Beresford (ph 01442 246987 Fax 01442 249999) has asked us to publish that Jerry Pisspot White, Local Government Ombudsman, has not dealt with his several complaints against corrupt Dacorum Borough Council. Charles wrote about these on 31 August. Waken up, Pisspot, or get out.

We are asked what happened after our two years remand in custody. There are more important matters to write about this week. Perhaps next week!
