VIRUS WARNING
Since the beginning of August our communications have been disrupted and complaints have been made against us to the Metropolitan Police and our Internet Server, Demon. We have received hate mail and threats of violence. At least one police frame-up has been attempted and there has been violent impact on our door. It appears that a virus was introduced by e-mail. Until we had cleared the virus we could not send e-mails lest we introduced it to other users of the Internet. We have run an anti virus programme and trust that no other user suffers when we send e-mails.
BOMBS KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE
Remember St David's Hotel in Jerusalem, Dresden in Germany, Hiroshima in Japan, Canary Wharf, Park Lane in London, Oklahoma in USA, Manchester City Centre and Warrington in England, Enniskillen and Omagh in Ulster, Kenya, Tanzania and now Afghanistan and the Sudan. The politicians shed crocodile tears milking the tragedies for all they are worth. The victims' relatives flood the TV screens as their grief is exploited by the news media. Funerals and their cost are left to the relatives. No newspapers boasts that it will pay for the coffins in return for all the pictures and statements. No undertaker cuts his prices. Families lose wage earners and have to put themselves in debt for years to bury the mistakes of politicians.
How can the Nationalists and the Unionists trust sabre rattling Blair and Mowlam when even their own Labour Party does not trust them? Has Clinton's latest aggression done anything other than guarantee retaliation all over the world? The Bilderberg Council must be rubbing its hands as it reaps the rewards for supplying the combatants on all sides with the weapons of war. If Israel were not so intransigent and America stopped turning a blind eye to the intransigence and stopped supporting Israel with weapons some of the heat would be taken out of the hatred for all things American.
Can we say once again that the solution in Ulster is the uniting of all Ireland? The two governments could start immediately with a united police force with full integration of the Garda and the Ulster Constabulary. Give them the same uniforms. Get rid of police guns. We recall the Protestant Ulster Constabulary swaggering along the Falls Road in 1938 with their guns fully displayed. What could the Republicans do other than meet fire with fire? They were second class citizens denied employment, education and justice. The first disarmament should be of the police.
THE SILENT POLICE CHIEFS
The following police officers have been contacted with a view to persuading them to carry out investigations into corruption. At the time of writing they have yet to acknowledge receipt of correspondence. We tend to think that this silence constitutes an admission of guilt. [We have just learned that Mr Wilmot received a salutary lesson before the Home Affairs Committee. He has promised "appropriate action". One of his officers has received a bundle of documents from Geoffrey Scriven and has engaged in a long telephone conversation with Mr Scriven.]

You are a police informant. You gather information and pass it on. Prick. You sent me the fax, not I you. I told you to f-ck off. Leave me alone - are you daft? Writing to clear your conscience? You believe being unable to spell is a crime. So I lie, C-nt! $$$$ Alan was the man who had information about the guns that were possibly used in the Carl Bridgewater murder and who claims that the police did not want to know about them. There was also something about his having been the victim of planning rackets. We have omitted one or two vowels. Please note that we don't necessarily agree with what Mr Darby writes. We respect his right to express his views even if these promote the interests of those whom he believes to be responsible for his predicament. Incidentally we have had more erudite and more infantile descriptions of our failings via the Internet. Masons are poisonous and probably carry a virus! Alan is no Mason. He does know how to attack soft targets. We are sending him, by e-mail, all the donations we have received from the unsuspecting victims. Sackcloth and ashes for us!
DESPICABLE DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL

$$$$ Dear Vomit, Lest you find it difficult to believe what I am about to tell you I am quoting firstly from a report by Gerald Coulter whom you can contact by phone or fax at 01923 262726.
Councillor Coleman is head of the Local Government Section of the Trade Union called Unison. Unison represents council employees from street sweeper to Chief Executive. Under the Local Government and Housing Act 1989, Section 12 paragraph 1 it is a criminal offence for her (Coleman) to have any direct or indirect connection with the terms and conditions of employment of local government employees. As leader of Dacorum Borough Council and Chairman of the Policy Committee she clearly has a direct and important connection with the employment and terms of employment and discipline of council employees. That is a criminal offence. See Regina versus Dytham. Keith Hunt, her Chief Executive, is aware of this conflict of interest but declines to answer questions as required by the council's directive. Hunt is guilty of misprision of felony. Hertfordshire Police too are keeping a low profile. I have reported my case to the Chief Constable of Hertfordshire. The police have not interviewed me. My view is that there are too many Masons involved.
When Dacorum Borough Council decided to develop Jarman Park, Hemel Hempstead, they appointed me to do the basic drawings for the roads layout and the recreation complex. In order to circumvent planning regulations Dacorum planned for a Hilton Hotel with recreational facilities alongside. Under planning law hotels can be built on Green Belt sites. I was later to learn that a restrictive covenant prevented the council from using the land for other than recreational purposes. A hotel is not recreational. It is commercial.
Having drawn up the plans at my own expense I went to Nigeria for three months to do some road and bridge building. My anticipation was that the council would have come to some decision about my survey by the time I returned. Imagine my consternation when I returned and I learned that the council had secretly awarded the development to Ladbrokes and that a Tesco store and a McDonalds had replaced the hotel. A cinema had been added. My plan for the recreational side included the use of attractive red brick in keeping with the surroundings. It had been replaced by structural steel and breezeblock and was hideous. My basic plans had been used. I received no payment for all the work I had done.
Ladbrokes made a £28 million profit from the development. Ladbrokes's concession lasts for 20 years when Jarman Park is to be returned to the council. In 20 years time there will be established use for the Tesco superstore. The franchise for the leisure facilities has been awarded to Rank Leisure who can charge what they like for the facilities. Rank will not run it at a loss. The public is entitled to know how much the ratepayers gained from this and, more importantly, how much councillors and officials and their Masonic brethren received in bribes. The council has a Jarman file that appears to have gone walkabout.
Being a true blue Conservative all my life I complained to P M Thatcher. There was a public enquiry into the affair. It did nothing to remedy the position - Freemasonry again - but it sounded the death knell of my business. The Masons are nothing if not vindictive.
Shortly after the public enquiry I was working on a building project in Hemel Hempstead. Officials from the council planning department immediately invaded the site. When I asked them to sign the visitors' book they said, "Get lost". They then issued Enforcement Notices based upon a pack of obvious lies. The building work stopped. My client refused to pay me because I had not completed the job. Later the appeal against the Enforcement Notice was successful but came too late to save me. I had been bankrupted and had a heart attack.
The police are doing absolutely nothing about all encompassing corruption in Dacorum Borough Council. Please publish this on the Vomit Internet site.

MARK THATCHER AND HIS 40 MILLIONS
While Mumsy Thatcher was out in Saudi Arabia batting for Britain and her government was claiming that no commissions were being paid on the arms deal Mark Thatcher was collecting the commission alleged to be £40 million. Now we have one of his associates claiming his share of the payoff amounting to £8 million. Did not the son give Mumsy a few millions to buy her house in Flood Street? Wasn't the National Audit office investigating the son's affairs? Were the Swiss not investigating the son? Were the USA authorities not investigating the son? Were the South Africans not investigating the son? Did the son lend the South African Police a large sum of money at a reduced rate of interest and did he lose £200,000 because the SA police could not afford to repay him?
Surely Parliament, especially the Blair mob, should be asking who misled Parliament. Might the Tories draw attention to the fact that New Labour is not guiltless in this respect? Why did Blair meet with Thatcher not long after he became President? Was she doing a deal to save her neck or telling Blair how he could benefit from similar shenanigans like Sierra Leone or Indonesia? Or did she ask the windbag to intervene in the case being mounted by the USA authorities against the son? Did she offer to deposit some of the ill-gotten gains in a Seychelles Bank account? That meeting between the two of them requires a public explanation. We had a meeting between a socialist Prime Minister and a former Prime Minister who was a figure of hate and still is for all Labour supporters. The meeting took place immediately the windbag was installed on the throne. Why the urgency? Was it just a Bilderberg show of solidarity? Mumsy is believed to be a member of the Eastern Star.
THE SCOTTISH LEGAL SCENE
If you think that the English system is bad you have not sampled the Scottish system. It is Masonic operating in the land of Masonry. It taught its English counterparts the rules of the game but has always remained in front in the malpractice stakes. Successive Lord Chancellors Mackay and Irvine are both Scottish. We have recently read of a Scottish victim named A L Mccardle (sic) who, years ago crossed swords with a Glasgow solicitor named Bannigan. It looks as if Strathclyde Police (Ice Cream Murders) are at it again. We intend to follow up Mccardle's cases. He is due to face another doubtful prosecution next month. It is a petty complaint but one which lends itself to police perjury. As in the Scriven frame-up it is probably an attempt to divert attention from a more important case in a higher court.
COURT TRANSCRIPTS - LETTER TO A JUDGE

$$$$ Dear Sir, On 13th August 1998 I went to the Court office to inspect the Court file on a case for which I had earlier requested a transcript. My request for a transcript had been denied on the grounds that the trial in open court had not been recorded.
My request to inspect the court file was denied by Mike Underwood, who said that you had issued a directive to the effect that no file could be inspected without the consent of the trial judge. I asked Mr Underwood for sight of the directive. I was told that he could not find a copy of it. I now ask you to send me a copy of that directive. Yours faithfully, P T-Jenkins. $$$$
Comment:- This is one of the documents sent by Mr Scriven to Chief Constable Wilmot as evidence of widespread corruption in the courts. Sixty years ago our father punched a Procurator Fiscal in Hamilton Sheriff Court for much the same behaviour. The police were called but took no action because the Fiscal "had asked for it". The real enemy of justice is the Lord Chancellor. This Underwood prat is one of the Cardinal's staff. These are the ratbags who issue secret briefings to judges telling the judges what their judgements should be. Many and varied are the stories told about court transcripts. Either there are none or the judges doctor the transcripts before release. We recall how Lord Dillon read out a long judgement that must have been prepared before he heard the arguments. We had not departed from a written statement of our case. To assist the transcribers, who had previously found that the recording was not clear and who had written a lot of gibberish, we provided a copy of our statement. Dillon's spoken judgement was twice as long as the one in the transcript. The other two judges that day in the Court of Appeal were Butler Sloss and Russell. Russell retired in a hurry. Pity about Butler Sloss's car accident.
An elected body must replace the Lord Chancellor. A copy of the recording of all court proceedings should be provided for litigants on the day of the hearing. Keep the Haggis judges north of Hadrian's Wall.
