Last week we published Mr Ebert's letter to the new Vice Chancellor Lord Justice Morritt. The letter cast serious doubts on Morritt's impartiality, integrity and ability as a judge.

The Metropolitan Police were investigating very serious allegations made by Mr Ebert and others against the Official Receiver, Yvonne Venvil the trustee in bankruptcy, Ralph Wolff an Israeli resident, Midland Bank PLC and Jacob Isaac Rabinowicz a solicitor. One would have thought that the police would have been able to prevent the criminals from collecting the fruits of their fraud. It was the same old story. Police are quick with frame-ups but in genuine cases of crime involving officials they hold back and don't close the door even after the horse has bolted. The police, complete with bullet proof vests and in large numbers, succeeded in paving the way for the criminals to seize evidence against them by arresting Mr and Mrs Ebert and letting the criminals clear out the Ebert home.

Mr Ebert made over 100 applications to have his bankruptcy annulled. The applications cost £50 per shot. His applications were rejected mainly by Mr Justice Neuberger when, in law, he could not do so. In his application of 14 August 2000 Mr Ebert accuses Neuberger of the most serious offences, which merit a long prison sentence. Mr Justice Jacob heard the application on the day it was made. M J Jacob ordered the hearing to take place (see heading) and that Mr Ebert could serve short notices of the hearing on the Official Receiver, Yvonne Venvil and Ralph Wolff. We would advise Mr Ebert to exercise caution since these judges are quite capable of imprisoning him for his allegations against Neuberger. Mr Ebert could "commit suicide" while in custody.

Now we wait to see what Metropolitan Commissioner Stevens is made of. His predecessor admitted that he had identified 250 corrupt police officers. We would multiply that figure by 10 and suggest that they were Masons to a man. The estimated cost of nailing the bent coppers has been in excess of £10 million to date. 80 cops were charged. The Crown Prostitution Service dropped the charges. Of 50 cops suspended only a few face prosecution. So, according to Condon's figures there are still nearly 250 bent officers serving in the Met. We know the Metropolitan Police and we find them no better than Thames Valley, Dorset or Devon and Cornwall. If we were to advise Sinn Fein we would tell it to object to the use of the present commissioner Stevens for investigations into shoot-to-kill or any other MI5 driven outrage in Ulster. We still have not had a response from Stevens about our complaint about Chief Executive P Rogers of Westminster City Council. Rogers has not cashed our cheques for £2,000 and has served on us a Notice Seeking Possession. Porter tried the same dodge many years ago. Note how the crooks invariably succeed in making people homeless.

The lady who is in dispute with the Crown Estates (See VOMIT 31/00) is profoundly upset because we named a partner of Cameron McKenna (solicitors) as Ms Jay instead of Ms Day or vice versa. The lady has demanded an apology and has condemned our unforgivable behaviour in faxes to third parties. It would appear that such a terrible mistake could affect her case. We spent hours trying to help her without thought of reward. We hereby prostrate ourselves before the altar of her self esteem and tender our abject apologies. Bring unto us the sackcloth and ashes.

John Drewe has given the synopsis of his story in PUNCH, Issue 112, dated August 9-22, 2000. What it tells us is that 'he who sups with the devil needs a long spoon'. We do not like Dr Drewe while agreeing with him that he has been denied justice just as Charlie Kray was denied justice. Incidentally we warned an investigative reporter that Charlie Kray's life was at risk in jail and not from other villains.

It would appear that Dr Drewe was working for the Foreign Office and Intelligence Service. His job was to give works of modern art a history that would enhance the value of the paintings. The paintings were allegedly imported from Europe and Russia and then sold by auction houses with the proceeds going mainly to a company, which Dr Drewe now fails to name (Alivane Ltd). Dr Drewe claims that over 50% of the cash used by the intelligence services comes from covert operations. We believe that.

The explanation lies in the fact that the UK government (Foreign Office and Intelligence Services) violates arms embargoes all over the world. Dr Drewe names Croatian groups in Yugoslavia but there is also the probability that weaponry was supplied to Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India, Iraq, Iran, Rwanda, The Ulster Volunteer Forces, Eritrea, Sudan, Chile, Argentina, Palestine and anywhere there is a demand for the weapons of strife. Government Export Credit Guarantees (ECGs) covered the cost of the exports including the cost of commissions to ministers and their friends. The UK government invariably has to foot the ECG bill because the countries, which require the credits in the first place rarely can afford to meet their financial obligations. Since the arms exports in the Drewe case were unlawful the money to meet the ECGs was generated by the criminal activity associated with the fake works of art.

It would appear that Dr Drewe upset the Foreign Office because it suspected that he was creaming off some of the illicit funds. Our argument is that major criminals who cause death and destruction by unlawfully supplying arms and who are clearly above the law have no right to prosecute one of their partners in crime for what was a comparatively minor offence. Nor have they the right to benefit from a corrupt judiciary.

What is the secret source of the funds now that the fake art racket has been exposed? The money must come from cocaine. Billions of pounds are involved. This brings us back to our neck of the woods at Chalfont St Giles where Charlie Kray was one of about ten visitors in one day collecting cocaine. Charlie had 10 KG. This also explains the most recent outrages against us in August last year when a police marksman was involved followed by two raids by seven police officers. It also explains the misconduct of Thames Valley Police, the Metropolitan Police, Westminster, Chiltern and Buckinghamshire Councils and other whiter than white authorities like those concerned with complaints against the police. The organisation, which has been able to keep the scandal secret, is Freemasonry.

We now state that if the police authorities do not act against those responsible for last August's police outrages at our address and if they fail to curb the corruption associated with H Hearn and Son and Hellmann International Forwarders (German owned) at Paperstock House, Chalfont St Giles, we will conclude that the site is again being used for the importation and distribution of cocaine and other contraband on a massive scale.

Dr Drewe may be as crafty as a cartload of monkeys but there is truth in his tale. He was sent to an open prison after his appeal against a 6-year prison sentence was refused and released within weeks. (Phone/Fax him at home on 01737 248000) He concealed the name of Alivane Limited. He states in the Punch article "Finally, it is Bernard Berenson, the art historian, who must accept much of the responsibility for encouraging investment in modern art." The art expert, Bernard Berenson, was born in Lithuania in 1861 and had no interest in or knowledge of modern art. Was a deal struck between Dr Drewe and our intelligence services? Why are the waters being muddied with untruths, half-truths and non-sequiturs?

We know of 31 civilians shot dead by the police. Not a single policeman was convicted of any criminal offence. The present government dictatorship depends on a corrupt police force backed by a corrupt legal system. There is no way of knowing how many civilians have died following police brutality or the dirty tricks of their partners in our security services. We have named members of the medical profession who have violated their Hippocratic Oath and who have been guilty of attempted murder. That was before mass murderer Dr Shipman appeared on the scene. Last week a Bradford psychiatrist tried to certify Norman Scarth insane. Luckily there was an honest psychiatrist who backed Norman. The honest man was apparently removed from his hospital post.

On 22 September 1999 Harry Stanley was shot dead in East London while carrying a chair leg which he had taken for repair. His identity was established immediately but his family was not informed of his murder until next day.

A 20 year-old former soldier, Antony Kitts, was walking towards the beach in Falmouth on 10 April 1999. He was carrying an air rifle when Truro Police Action Squad shot him dead. It appears that Devon and Cornwall police use soft tipped bullets to ensure the maximum amount of damage to body tissue and certain death.

We are reminded of the television reporter who was shot by the police in West London. While he was hanging through the car door dead a policeman pistol-whipped him.

*** The TV and Press have been overtly biased towards the police in all their reporting. The reports are crap. The kid was drunk and it was obvious he was carrying an air rifle. Pat (Mrs Prankerd) wanted to give evidence about the Riot Squad being turned out (here at Nanshuttall) four years ago to our landlady and daughter, when armed police escorted two riot vans to the farm. We later saw an affidavit by Inspector Scott who stated "it was thought that the women had a shotgun and would use it, and we did not want any repetition of the Tavistock case". That was when a mother and her farmer son were put under fire for no good reason five years ago at a farm outside Tavistock and the son was shot dead inside the house. The mother said there was no reason at all for the police to open fire. I also make the point that the Truro Riot team, which arrested us, was dressed in bulletproof vests. We know not whether a police marksman was lurking in the darkness of the garden. ***

Pat Prankerd went to the inquest at Truro Crown Court and met the dead boy's mother, Mrs Kitts. As a result the Kitts family lawyer and counsel were keen to call Pat Prankerd as a witness. She was not called. The police killers had their identities concealed. In another case where over £20,000 worth of Peter Prankerd's property was recovered from thieves two of the thieves were prosecuted and were given conditional discharges. The magistrates and prosecuting counsel refused to divulge their own identities. Two High Court judges, Hooper and Maurice Kay protected their anonymity when the Prankerds sought Judicial Review.

This man who should never have been imprisoned is still there and now locked up in a cell 22 hours per day with scarcely enough income to pay for his postage stamps. In the meantime Straw and Blair are basking in sunshine probably at no cost to themselves. Mr Dryden states that his transfer to Nottingham did not follow correct procedures and was malicious. His solicitor is worse than useless but probably has little choice.

*** Why is it that the Western Gazette of Yeovil is the only newspaper to report Masonic corruption in Dorset? The editor is not a Mason. The reporters have been fair to VOMIT. Why does the Dorset Echo sing dumb? It has known since 1995 about the police corruption resulting in a second "theft" of Gerry Coulter's Jeep and the early retirement of Chief Constable Aldous and of his deputy "I was taught to be cautious" May. Another outcome was the alleged suicide of solicitor David Dolton and the coroner's inquest, which took place before rigor mortis, had set in.

The Aldous replacement, Mrs Stichbury, wrote to Mr Coulter on 13 July 2000 "I will fully consider the three main issues which you raised". Mr Coulter and his lawyers have asked her to report on her considerations. As is the custom the bailiffs were sent after Mr Coulter on 10 August when it was known that an appeal against judgement was pending but had to wait until criminal matters had been investigated. How long does it take the lady to investigate matters with which her officers are familiar? Did it take PC Andrew Culley of Lodge 8025 over a month to consider the fitting up of Barry Hunt? How long did it take the Davenports of Royal Arch Lodge Durnovarian 1863 to plan the frame-up of Mick Croley?
