At 1047 on 13 May an irate male phoned us from 01753 653669 claiming that his name was Worrall and that we had faxed him. After some coaxing he admitted that he was a Bucks County Councillor. He screamed "Don't send me any more faxes. I have nothing to do with them". We replied "You are a Councillor. You are not doing your job. You are a public servant and whether you like it or not you will continue to receive representations from members of the public in whichever form they see fit". He hung up on us. Mr J & Mrs B Masefield (Fax 01308 485729) are being treated abominably by the repulsive Prescott who is the Minister responsible for tackling corruption in the Charity Commission. The Masefields' MP, Dr Oliver Chetwin, is another of the same. He doesn't understand their complaint and advises them to go to court. The next time he is mugged in the street or robbed in his home will he start his own legal action against the culprits? The Masefields have been robbed of land with the connivance of the Charity Commissioners and the Land Registry. Prescott has ignored correspondence including two letters dated 5 April and 5 May from the Masefields. They don't call him a fat, greedy, corrupt, smelly, ignorant slob. They treat everybody with courtesy. Greed and self-importance blind both Prescott and Blair.

Here is another fine puke specimen (Asst. Ch. Cons. CD LEE of Dorset police) who wrote to the Masefields on 12 May. He said that he had reviewed three times their allegations regarding the forgery of the land registry plan but found no evidence that a criminal offence had been committed. That sounds like the tart who faked three orgasms. This is police-speak for "Yes the plan was forged but we will say that we don't know who did it and whether it was an accident. If we confirm that the plan was forged you will be able to recover your land and we can't allow that. So you will have to employ a solicitor and go before the courts. Another two or three years will elapse. We will bankrupt you and bent judges will finish you off. We Masons rule! Okay?"

We have said that Taylor was an evil man. One of his admirers disagreed with us because Taylor had once allowed a Judicial Review, which had benefited many soldiers. Victims do not judge judges on whether they receive favourable judgements but on whether they receive fair hearings and impartial judgements. .

The rot does not start with judges. This week an honest businessman told us about a dishonest bankrupt opponent. The opponent has employed a solicitor to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. We asked the honest one why he did not seek the advice of another solicitor. His reply was, "Where do you find an honest one? They are all scum." Now we have the government asking the Office of Fair Trading to target "rip-off" lawyers. All lawyers are rip-off lawyers and there are enough of them in Parliament to ensure that the rip-offs will continue. This is a government of promises and enquiries, which lead nowhere.

When dealing with crooks, be they solicitors or judges, the remedy should lie with an honest police force and an honest Crown Prosecution Service. So far we have found honest policemen and prosecutors thin on the ground. There are some but they are kept well down in the pecking order.

Recently 52 police officers of the National Crime Squad (la crème de la crème) were sent back to their own forces following allegations of corruption and malpractice including drug dealing. The Home Office is trying to shore up defences against corruption by bringing in organisations, which are tarred with the same brush. The National Criminal Intelligence Service is another body that must be replaced with a non-Masonic body.

METROPOLITAN COMMISSIONER

Three judges Vice Chancellor Scott, District Judge Jones and Judge Maddocks are under investigation by Det.Ch.Insp. Timothy Harvey of the Metropolitan Police Fraud Squad. Geoffrey Scriven (Fax 0161 428 1159) wrote to Stevens requesting that he lay off reciprocity in this investigation. In other words he told Stevens "Let Harvey do his job!" Mr Scriven wrote to Stevens again on 13 May telling him that Lord Justice Buxton, in the Court of Appeal, became agitated when his attention was drawn to the investigation into Scott, Jones and Maddocks. Buxton then made the statement that the three judges were not being investigated. Mr Scriven has asked who gave Buxton the information and if it was true. Stevens will reply in his usual manner by ignoring the Scriven letter. However it has just been announced that Scott is retiring prematurely in August. When bent cops and judges are caught they are allowed to retire on enhanced pensions and then honoured.

Another Chief Constable playing from the same score sheet is Charles Pollard of Thames Valley Police. We have written conciliatory letters to members of the Thames Valley Police Authority without getting a response. The Clerk to the authority (Springthorpe) is not referring, under PACE, for investigation by an outside force the complaint that Pollard has committed criminal offences. Pollard has to accept responsibility for the police raids here last August including the attendance of a police marksman armed with an excuse to shoot. Pollard was also responsible for a significant number of criminal acts by the police over the past ten years. We do not believe that every member of the Police Authority is corrupt. We suspect that the Blair censoring machine has put out a story about terrorism or state security. This has all to do with the drug site where the late Charlie Kray collected supplies of cocaine with official approval. The nominal occupiers, H Hearn & Son, have just completed the construction of a number of offices, none of which have planning permission. The construction commenced just before the police raids. We still wait to hear from the Inspector of Constabulary, Mr Winchip, who deals with Thames Valley Police.

Previously we reported how Viscount Mills of the Environment Agency failed to do his duty. Another man who refuses to acknowledge receipt of correspondence and who is scared to divulge his name replaced Mills. He will be well paid and have a good expense account. His working hours will be short and his vacations long. He must know what is happening at the drug site. Drinking water is being polluted with human waste from septic tanks. Massive vehicles are disrupting traffic on the A413. A public footpath is unusable because the same vehicles and a large number of cars race up and down between 5.40 a.m. and 8 p.m.

We appeal again for information about other users of the drug site believed to include Simon Elvin Limited, Capricorn and Icy Cools Limited.

When we know why the police have behaved unlawfully here for ten years and why they were going to use a firearm last August we may have a better idea as to what is going on at the drug site. It is financed partly at least by Hellmann International Forwarders, a German company that has offices in the drug capitals, Miami and Capetown. Bear in mind that the police blamed complaints from the front company, H Hearn & Son, for their raids on us. They named John Hearn. Either the police are liars or Hearn is a crook. The Hearn lot, since the day they arrived, has been trying to set us up for the police. We wonder whether the German drug cartel is bribing a fat government Minister. Do they make presents of Jaguar cars? Why did the Prime Minister spend his first two Christmases in office in the Seychelles, the world's largest drug money recycling centre? Honest people steer clear of the Seychelles.

Dr A Adoko of 10 Soane House, Roland Way. LONDON SE17 2JF (Phone 020 7640 0583) is a Barrister (Voluntarily disbarred). As reported he is prosecuting privately Mr Justice Morrison for fraud and perversion of the course of justice. Technically Dr Adoko must succeed or be prosecuted for perjury or contempt of court. Dr Adoko has set out his case in detail. If we did not know something about Industrial Tribunals we would not believe Dr Adoko. We believe him because Industrial Tribunals, like all quango type bodies, protect authority and not the public. We remember the start of this nonsense when Sir John Donaldson, Thatcher's right hand man, was on the industrial stage. We had experience of Donaldson in the Court of Appeal on another matter. An elderly lady screamed at him and two of his kind "You are a bunch of crooks". In our view she was right.

In another case Justice Mummery (now LJ) was Chairman of the Industrial Appeal Tribunal. The Appellant could not travel. We sent one bundle of documents to Mummery. We glued the pages of his bundle. Mummery will deny knowing about this. One of his staff separated the glued pages. He tore them in the process, removed some pages and inserted pages, which we had never seen. He then returned the bundle to us with a request that we made two more copy bundles and returned the three bundles to the tribunal within 48 hours. We sent the original three bundles, which we had in reserve. Mummery took the case himself and refused the appeal. We were definitely screwed by Freemasonry. Mummery was promoted to the Court of Appeal! Reciprocity? What chance has Dr Adoko against people like that? The tribunal could not doctor the transcript. No Appellant! So it doctored the bundles!
