When victims of injustice run up against a brick wall their final domestic remedy lies with the Prime Minister who has absolute power. Blair is not only a liar but also a compulsive liar who is in tune with the corrupt forces within our justice system. He can sack Prescott. Meacher, Straw, Irvine and other beggars on horseback. They are all tarred with the same brush.

Need we repeat the stories Blair broadcast about how he had stowed away on plane and how he watched Jackie Millburn score goals for Newcastle United? Now he is accused by an academic at Sussex University of misleading the public about Sellafield profits and job losses. This debacle is another result of the shoddy behaviour of UK scientists backed by dishonest politicians. Remember BSE? Remember G M Foods? Remember Salmonella and the sacking of Edwina Currie? Currently there is a disaster waiting to happen on a West London housing estate. The buildings are unsafe due to faulty construction and could collapse if there was a small gas explosion. There is also an asbestos problem. Dame Shirley Porter got away with that in Harrow Road and appears to have been let off scot-free over the homes for votes scandal. John Magill of Deloitte Touche would improve his bank balance as would all the solicitors and barristers involved in the charade. Westminster Council taxpayers should have their present Chief Executive sacked. He was Chief Financial Officer under Porter and was fully aware of what she was doing. Lord Nell, Chairman of the Committee for Standards in Public Life was about to represent Porter in the Court of Appeal before wiser counsel prevailed. He too should be sacked. Blair has been made aware of all these matters but either keeps silent or brazens it out when questioned. Stop Press - the Chief Executive and Financial Officer Roots of Westminster CC has just been replaced by Mr P Rogers (CE) and Mr P Cook (Director of Finance).

According to the Press Blair lied to Peter Kilfoyle, MP and to Mo Mowlam, MP over his use of Brown Hatter Mandelson to promote him for leadership of the Labour Party.

In last Sunday's Observer there were letters from two Labour Ministers. We can see no point in reading anything a Labour MP (apart from people like Tony Benn) writes or says. On the same letter page there is a quotation of Blair, which goes "I cook a lot of things badly. It's the only thing I can't lie about". For once he tells the truth but should have said 'don't' rather than 'can't'. Now Tony will perhaps give us the full story about Nanny Rosalind Mark. Why did she and her family part company with the Blairs? We are not interested in the domestic affairs of the Blairs but deplore the double standards of the courts, which granted the Blairs an injunction but refused one to Mohamed Al Fayed. Liar or no liar Blair is the one to blame for all the hardship suffered by victims. An honest Prime Minister would have made an example of a couple of judges.

Mr Ebert (Fax 0181 455 5165) has been in and out of court like a yo-yo. Two journalists, Malcolm Glynn and William Spring, are cognisant of Mr Ebert's mistreatment. The Attorney General, a politician, prepares to block Mr Ebert from the courts forever as a vexatious Section 42 litigant. Mr Glynn (Ph 0181 922 0398 Fax 0181 922 0538) is also an expert on fraud. Mr Spring (Phone/Fax 0208 802 2144) runs the Press Office for the Litigants in Person Society (LIPS). As a victim of the courts he is familiar with the modus operandi of the bench and members of the legal profession. Last week we reported how Mr Glynn had persuaded a Commander in the Metropolitan Police to look at the evidence of fraud and perjury in Mr Ebert's case. Mr Spring agrees with Mr Glynn and has written a long letter of complaint to the Lord Chancellor about the perjury and fraud. Unhappily, as many victims will testify, writing to the Lord Chancellor is a waste of time.

Mr Spring names some of the judges involved in Mrs Ebert's cases. They are Mr Justice Butterfield and Lord Justices Hale, Kennedy and Neuberger. Judges are frequently briefed secretly by the Lord Chancellor's department. A judge must do as the government orders or lose his or her place in the pecking order. Irvine does not appear to agree with Lord Denning that "fraud unravels everything". Why should a Cardinal kow-tow to a mere Lord?

Dr A Adoko resides at 10 Soane House, Roland Way, London SE17 2JT. His telephone number is 0171 640 0583. His book is entitled "The Most Corrupt British Judges". The Law Society racially discriminated against him. We would say that his victimisation was more Masonic that colour based. Dr Adoko is a devout Catholic knighted by His Holiness the Pope.

We have named Dr Adoko's list of corrupt judges who will no doubt figure prominently in our league table for the judicial Mafia. There follows Dr Adoko's list of names of honest judges. They are, along with Lord Denning (deceased), Mr Justice Henry Brooke, His Honour Judge John Altman, and His Honour Judge John Prosser, QC. Dr Adoko's views were based upon their impartiality and not on whether their decisions were favourable to Dr Adoko.

Geoffrey Scriven (Fax 0161 428-1159 Phone -0764)) was able to find one honest and courageous judge in the shape of Lord Justice Judge. Last Tuesday, in Stockport County Court,

he sampled another kind of judge. Minutes before the hearing the judge was named as DJ Russell. The court usher refused to allow members of the public into the court. Mr Scriven threatened to call the police. Russell then took a powder and scampered. Mr Scriven was going to show how an earlier order made by Russell was totally at odds with his later findings. An Acting District Judge replaced Russell. The judge conceded that Mr Scriven was entitled to damages for the premature publication of his name in the London Gazette in defiance of a court order. Also the fraudulent claim by the Law Society had been met by a full payment into court. Dr Adoko shares Mr Scriven's jaundiced view of the Law Society and the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors. Indeed both these August bodies are disreputable even by Bar Council standards - the pot calling the kettle black. The Scriven appeal hearing was adjourned while the Lord Chancellor's department plans its next assault on justice. The police will be told to ignore Mr Scriven at the next hearing. These attempts at excluding the public from public hearings are becoming common. Recently there was a blatant example of it at Willesden County Court followed by doctoring of the transcript of the hearing.

STOP PRESS; Mr Scriven has received a letter dated 12 April from the Listing Office in the Civil Appeals office of the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand, London. The letter is unsigned and claims that the Court has directed that Mr Scriven must not serve documentation on any other party including the Attorney General. He had Mr Scriven gagged with a Section 42 order - a decision that is subject of this appeal. How can a court issue directions when the case hasn't been before it? The hearing is to be heard in open court on Monday 8 May after 10.00 a.m. Note "after 10.a.m.". Are we going to have another late hearing when the Press has departed and members of the public have tired of waiting?

Home Secretary Straw appoints Charity Commissioners and Chief Constables and Lord Chancellor Irvine appoints judges. If you complain to Straw or Irvine about corruption in these individuals they will reply that they cannot interfere with the day to day performance of the offenders. The least Straw and Irvine can do is to ensure that the guilty parties are investigated by the police and prosecuted in a court of criminal jurisdiction before a jury. The real culprit is, of course, Prime Minister Blair who is primarily concerned with re-election and amassing enough assets to guarantee him and his family security for life. Let's fly to the land of guilt and money - the Seychelles. The richer one becomes the greedier and more dishonest one becomes.

If the Masefields take our advice and publish details the Blair government will close them down or their doctor will induce a stroke or the police, complete with marksmen, will raid them and remove all their evidence.

We do not believe that ACC Lee has a free hand or that the Crown Prosecution Service would accept his recommendations. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. At least Mr Lee had the courtesy to reply unlike the trash in the country's worst police force, Thames Valley. The latest excuse put forward by Thames Valley Police for being the worst in the country is that the failure rate was attributable to poor paper work, which resulted in successful cases not being recorded. The man making that excuse, Superintendent Neil Olney, probably does not appreciate just how stupid the excuse is. He must be a Mason.

We have a report backed by documentary evidence that William Hague, MP, and Lord Archer are Masons. This would tend to give William Hague immunity from prosecution if he did insider dealing or committed perjury. Join the Masons and become a slave to the hierarchy!

Albert Dryden is still held at H M Prison Garth, LEYLAND, Lancashire. Home Secretary Straw is suffering another embarrassment. Rumour has it that his brother William went into a police station in the Nottingham area and confessed to a serious sexual offence. Ordinary policemen are flabbergasted that he was released on police bail. Was William Straw having an affair with his au pair girl or the children's nanny? Will he be sharing a cell with Albert Dryden? Mr Dryden writes on 11 April *** I have a letter from Mr Khan of the Home Office. He states that if I refuse to go to Nottingham for a course on offending behaviour I will remain in prison until I die. I was sent to Garth one year ago to do a course. Now I have to do the course again at Nottingham because I am a special case. They are doing the same inside prison as they did outside in an effort to make me resort to violence. Albert ***

In Frankland Prison the late Charlie Kray used to call on Albert Dryden. Kray told Dryden that he was a brave man. Charlie Kray was not a thug. Albert Dryden is neither a thug nor a criminal and regrets very much the loss of life in his case. The provocation was overpowering. We believe that the intention now is to silence Albert Dryden for good before the enormity of the offences committed by Durham's Masonic Mafia is exposed. Maurice Kellett would back Mr Dryden. Incidentally we cannot contact Mr Kellett.

Some weeks ago we published details of the MOD charade to keep Masonic Lodge meetings off army property. We dealt with the Duke of York Barracks in King's Road, Chelsea, London. The D of Y regiment left there years ago. The centre block is the HQ of London SAS regiment. The annexe is the HQ of 2^nd Parachute Regiment. Cadogan Hall is the HQ of 21 SAS (also known as the London Artists Volunteers) which did the shooting of the Gibraltar unarmed three. It is also claimed that 21 SAS formed the motorcycle "photographers" who blinded with lasers the driver of the car in which the Princess of Wales and Dodi Al Fayed were killed. Forty Masonic Lodges hold their meetings at the Duke of York Barracks and will continue to do so! Any day now a sign will go up at the main gate reading "MASONIC WHACKERS INC."

The Clerk to this authority, named Springthorpe, as might be expected, is as bad as Harvey at the Dorset Police HQ. Since August 1999 we have been trying to contact members of the Police Authority personally. During the week we confirmed that a police marksman was summoned to our address by a bent PC named Williams in August last year. Williams should have been nowhere near our doors. Springthorpe at last sent us a list of names but no addresses or fax numbers. He wrote, "As a general rule, Members have asked that all correspondence for their attention should be routed through my office". We replied "You have shown yourself to be guilty of misconduct and untrustworthy. Stop wasting time! Fax me the information immediately to 01494 870031". Either the police or a citizen accuses both him and Chief Constable Pollard of the felony of misconduct in public office, a statutory criminal offence rendering them liable to arrest.

Note how the different authorities are falling out over the drug problem. That is because there is an officially approved cocaine distribution network at Chalfont St Giles. John McVicar of Punch got it right when he said that drugs become a problem only when there is prohibition.

Your force's first frame-up on 29 January 1988 occurred five days before Barclays Bank Trust Company defrauded the Combined Charities trust and denied us ownership of what was even then scheduled as a cocaine centre. Since your raids last August the crooks at the drug site have gone ahead with unlawful development condoned by Viscount Mills and the ratbags of Chiltern District Council. The Hellmann Huns are taking you for a ride.

Addenda - On 18 August 1999 PC Williams appeared at the door of Misbourne Farmhouse. A police marksman waited nearby. The police will have all sorts of excuses for Williams' presence, none of which will be valid. Williams called up the marksman who arrived at the same time as a councillor. Williams made the false statement that the occupier had said; "You're dead!" By documentation we can prove what we have just written. Thames Valley Police were going to kill a defenceless 74-year-old. See the Kenneth Noye story. He was a Mason whose lodge was Hammersmith. He acted with senior police officers and politicians in organised crime, which included drugs, money laundering, robbery and killing. Charlie Kray must have been an associate of Noye. Kray was one of 10 strangers who visited Paperstock House, Chalfont St Giles with two minders. Kray collected 10-KG of cocaine.

In 1988 we were ordered to "join the local freemasons lodge" (Beaconsfield) by six irate telephone calls, one after the other. Chairman of the Bench DEP Nicholson is a member of Beaconsfield Lodge.
