Anyone criticised or maligned in these publications has a guaranteed right of reply. JMF or P2 Lodge UK stands for the hierarchies of the Judaeo/Masonic Faction. The ordinary Mason and Jew are as likely to suffer from the machinations of the JMF as non-Masons and non-Jews are. Almost every institution in the UK is corrupt. The same Yanks criticise Maurice Kellett and libel him. We know that Mr Kellett has been the victim of Freemasonry and of crooked court procedures and that the Masons, as is their wont, have made use of the police to harass Mr Kellett. Our complaint against Mr Kellett is that he believes that his own time is much more important than the time of other victims. If we thought that anyone was mentally ill we would not spread it all over the Internet unless it was in the public interest to do so. This is why we do not name the Yanks.

Mr Trout has reporter friends down in London. Trout was a friend of Harry Collinson (the man Dryden shot). He is an evil man who is trying to keep me in prison. He was very friendly with prison officers at Frankland prison where I spent 7 years and 3 weeks. ***

Comment: This Trout story appears to be a trifle fishy. Next Albert will be telling us that Trout drinks like a fish and carries the scales of justice on his back. Let Trout speak up or forever hold his piece! So far we have not found Mr Dryden to be untruthful.

*** Allegations of Forgery

We refer to your letter of 29 November and ours of 8 December 1999 to the Chief Constable, a copy of which was forwarded by T/Assistant Chief Constable J I Homer on 5 January 2000 for your attention.

Para. 8 refers to the Criminal Evidence Act 1984 sec. 86(5) - quote. "no officer may be appointed unless he is of at least the rank of the officer against whom the complaint is made".

The officer complained against is the Chief Constable Mrs Jane Stichbury.

We are also not satisfied that a thorough investigation into our complaint – allegation of forgery – took place.

We would be pleased to receive an early reply.

Comment: Correct us if we are wrong. The Clerk to the Police Authority can at his discretion refuse to entertain a complaint provided that it does not allege that a criminal offence has been committed. Obviously Stichbury is accused of misconduct in public office, a criminal offence, and Harvey must refer the complaint to a Chief Constable of another police force.

Harvey committed the same offence when dealing with complaints by Barry Hunt of Weymouth (Phone/Fax 01305 777348) and Gerald Coulter of Kings Langley (Phone/Fax 01923 262726) against prematurely retired Chief Constable Aldous and his deputy "I was taught to be cautious" May. Both Mr Hunt and Mr Coulter are being given the run around. Mr Coulter has just paid out a large sum of money to have leaflets distributed in Winchester about Under Sheriff Kennedy of solicitors White & Bowker and the High Sheriff Pudding Head Powell

What is wrong with Chief Constable Jane Stichbury? Does she have a skeleton in her cupboard? Are the Masons undermining her authority? Or is she simply another immoral Chief Constable? Lomond Handley of Poole (Phone/Fax 01202 738982) has her complaint lodged with the Police Complaints Authority. There are more complaints in the pipeline but, in fairness to Dorset Constabulary, one man fighting Dorset County Council has nothing but praise for the officers he has dealt with. Gerald Coulter too has a good word for the two sergeants who are investigating his allegations. Not all police officers are bad but good police officers rarely if ever reach the higher ranks.

3. Geoffrey Scriven wrote to the New Law Journal on 22 February after the editor had promised Mr Scriven the right to reply. We wait with interest next week’s publication.

4 and 5. Vomit wrote to Viscount Mills of the Environment Agency and Callum McCarthy, Director General of OFGEM on 21 February. Both of these men are remarkable for their gutlessness. McCarthy has passed the buck to an allegedly independent consumer body, which is as independent as the UK judiciary. It has taken McCarthy six months to get this far after his Reading office set us up for a police marksman last August. We pointed out to this Mills of God that Sellafield had shown a cavalier attitude to the safety of radioactive processes. The Irish government wants Sellafield closed down because it contaminates the Irish Sea. Our scientists deny that leukaemia clusters in Cumbria are attributable to radiation from Sellafield. We told Mills of God that Amersham International had been flushing radioactive cooling water down the drains. River water was being leaked into the sewage balancing tanks for profit. Under certain rainfall conditions the sewage tanks were filled with river water and sewage flowed straight out into the river and caused radioactive contamination of drinking water. If memory serves us correctly Mills is the clown who said that contamination from the septic tank(s) at the adjacent drug site would be negligible. In other words ‘a little bit of shit won’t do you any harm’. The occupiers of the drug site excavated the bed of the River Misbourne to ensure that any overflow of the sewage balancing tanks would hit the aquifers before it caused a stink in Chalfont St Giles.

Mr G Ebert (Fax 0181 455 5165) is due in Court 58 (Chancery Division) of the Royal Courts of Justice, London on Monday 6 March at 10.30 a.m. This is the case where a solicitor fabricated a Court Order and the Official Receiver improperly ignored Mr Ebert’s complaint about the fraud. The Attorney General attempted to shut Mr Ebert out of the legal system with a Section 42 gagging order. Malcolm Glynn investigated. Simon Brown, LJ, was involved in this case too.

Mr Ebert has asked us to publish the following information.

Mr Justice Laddie was fair and listened to the parties. He ordered an inter party hearing. Mr Ebert’s opponents asked for the hearing to be put back until 15 May but Mr Justice Laddie would have none of it in view of the importance of matters, which had been raised. Solicitors and banks had conspired to defraud and had committed perjury.

On Wednesday 23 February Mr Ebert had another hearing on a different matter before Mr Justice Butterfield. Mr Ebert stated that his opponents had lodged fake documents. Unlike Mr Justice Laddie Mr Justice Butterfield appeared to have a hearing problem and admitted the fake documents. Malcolm Glynn was present with Mr Ebert at the hearing.

A Lancashire police constable with 14 years’ service has been arrested as he was boarding a ‘plane at Bombay. He had with him pure heroin with a street value of £700,000. He confessed to smuggling drugs for two years meaning that he had probably been smuggling drugs for 10 years. And why shouldn’t he smuggle drugs? He has as much right to do so as the people whose drug operations are connived at by Thames Valley police, the Metropolitan Police and Customs & Excise. Drug dealers do not force people to buy and use drugs. The only reason why the UK does not decriminalise drugs is an economic one. To do so would bring down the prices and reduce the profits of our official importers of heroin and cocaine. Hellmanns, a German company, are still operating from Cape Town and Miami. In the UK they benefit from the corruption in the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR - Prescott, Meacher, MacDonald, Mills, Birks).

Note that one police constable can become a millionaire in a couple of months. How many billions can an international parcel company generate in a month? Why do you think they sent a police crook (Williams) and a police marksman here last August? There are none so blind as those who will not see.

Last week we mentioned that Customs & Excise was bent and toold you of our experience with the VAT man. On UK Channel 4 TV on Thursday 24 February the dishonesty of the Customs & Excise VAT officers was exposed. We also mentioned the dishonesty of the Inland Revenue. We have had to deal with a crooked District Valuer and Listing Officer, R F Williams, working to promote corruption in Chiltern District and Bucks. County Council. The Chancellor of the Exchequer asks Inland Revenue and VAT officers to increase their collection of tax. They cannot persecute big business but they can and do crucify the small businessman. Inland Revenue solicitors are as corrupt as Treasury solicitors.

Following Mr Scriven’s victory over the creepy Attorney General the Cardinal has decided to award Legal Aid to members of the judicial Mafia to enable them to sue the Press for libel. Irvine is presumably working on the principle that everyone is equal before the Law. Tell that to Neil Hamilton, Jonathan Aitken, Derek Jamieson or Bill Roache. Apologies to Roache and Jamieson! Where can judges find an impartial judge? Will they allow a judicial panel comprising one of their own Mafia to sit with the Editor of defending publication to ensure that there is a balanced summing up for the jury?

What if the cardinal sues for libel? There will be 100 litigants in person ready to provide testimony that will bury him. Donald Dewar will give him a character reference. Irvine claims he cheated at Glasgow University. He seduced Dewar’s wife while he was still married to another lady who emigrated to Canada. He squandered £600,000 on his Lord Chancellor’s quarters and blamed someone else for making the decision. How will his damages be paid when all the litigants in person have been financially ruined by a corrupt legal system designed to do just that.

In the Independent on 23 February 2000 Robert Verlaik the Legal Affairs Correspondent writes, "This month Geoffrey Scriven, president of the Litigants in Person Society, was taken to court after he published material that the Attorney General said ‘scandalised the courts’. Mr Scriven accused the judiciary of belonging to a ‘judicial mafia’ and launched a series of legal actions against judges and the courts. In court, he was threatened with imprisonment but finally dealt with by being made a vexatious litigant, forcing him to seek the court’s permission before issuing any more legal claims." The judge responsible for the judgement was Lord Justice Simon Brown who has figured in many problem cases and who is president of the Secrets Court which meets in secret at a secret location.

Mr Scriven must now provoke the bent judges into mounting a libel action. If they do not respond or if they make use of the police, the medical profession or hit men against Mr Scriven we will arrive at our own conclusions about a judiciary which is now discredited throughout the world and headed by an uppity idiot who wears silk tights.

These three monkeys are as thick as two planks as they attempt to walk on water. Maginnis is not much better. If Trimble is thought to be selling Unionists short he will lose his job. If McGuinness and Adams are thought to be selling the Nationalists short they will lose their lives. It is a pity that we cannot bring a battalion of the IRA to London and let the people see what sort of men they are. In prison they had dignity. They were respected and feared by prison officers.

The Irish problem is not complicated. The Nationalists, Sinn Fein, IRA etc. want a united Ireland where people of all faiths are treated equally. The Unionists, dominated by Orange Freemasonry, are determined to hold onto their fiefdom and grind Catholic noses in the dirt. The Orangemen have a stranglehold on freedom, just like the Masons on the UK mainland. They control the police, the army and the courts. Solicitors representing Nationalist defendants finish up dead.

Mason dominated Dacorum Borough Council has been shown over and over again to be what our American friends would call "the pits". Now it is announced that there has been a clear out in order to save £150,000 per annum. Pugsley, Reed, Scott, Barnard (Jack Straw’s saviour), Walker, Pedlow and Davies are "leaving" and Chief Executive Hunt is being replaced by Paul Walker, Chief executive of Kettering Borough Council. You will recall that Demon Internet closed down our Web page because we were exposing Dacorum. The change has been brought about by the exposure of corruption by numerous individuals but it is not a matter for rejoicing. For starters the charlatans will receive a severance payment of the order of £150,000 and will be re-employed in a similar position either with Dacorum or elsewhere. Jobs will be provided for them in one of the many quangos created by the Labour Party. In Dorset Farty Harvey was appointed to a local health authority and is probably receiving income from several sources. The Lord Chancellor has some scatterbrained scheme for council legal services. There will be jobs for them in companies like Tescos, which benefited from their corruption. There will also be jobs for them in companies, which hope to benefit from the corruption of their successors. Blame Blair, the pathological liar who wants to organise Europe while the UK wallows in a sea of Masonic corruption.
