DRUGS Last week we said, " Hearn, the principal at the site, was clearly co-operating with the police to justify their criminal behaviour. When this happened on previous occasions drugs were being distributed officially from the site. We suspect that there is an official drugs network which covers the whole of UK." In the Independent on Sunday dated 6 February at page 6 the headline reads "Police foiled by internet dope dealers" followed by "INTERNET sales of cannabis from abroad are driving British dealers off the streets, say chief police officers, who warn they are unable to cope with the growing trade in electronic sales of dope".

The police would say that wouldn’t they? Anyone using the Internet to order drugs would soon be traced unless of course they were ordering from the sources authorised by our authorities (the police).

Why bother with cannabis? Cocaine and heroin are the drugs that account for the biggest business worldwide. There was an official cocaine centre at the adjacent drug site, which generated millions of pounds in a very short time. Why doesn’t the Association of Chief Police Officers mention the hard drugs? The Post Office (same news item) claims that it cannot interfere with mail. That has not been our experience. The Post Office is not the only delivery system. What about an international parcel service like Hellmann Parcel Systems, which just happens to be working in partnership with H Hearn & Son Limited from the adjacent drug site? Why does the parent company send large sums of money from Germany to its British subsidiary? Why does the subsidiary benefit from Chiltern District Council corruption backed by Thames Valley Police and the DETR (Prescott, Meacher, Mills and Birks)?

Repeatedly we provided information about drugs distribution to successive Metropolitan Commissioners Condon and Stevens. We offered Condon information provided he could give us a guarantee that his "significant minority" of corrupt police officers would not intercept the information. Neither Condon nor Stevens acknowledged receipt of a single letter. As previously explained we had evidence, which showed that both Thames Valley Police and the Metropolitan Police had no interest in stopping the drug business here. Why should they take a different view now that they have a much more efficient distribution system in place?

DOCTORS Tall stories last week about Bangour General Hospital and the London Chest Hospital! Three of the Bangour doctors were named Summers, Murray and Robertson. The fourth one was a Jew with an East European name. All knew what was going on. Summers was the worst. He explained to our wife how we should look out for the cancer spreading. We would have lumps in our armpits. The Jew did his best to reassure our wife that her husband would be all right. The pathologist’s report by someone named Black at Edinburgh University said "Unresolved pneumonia with cavitation whose aetiology is unknown. No evidence of tuberculosis". The doctors at the London Chest Hospital were magnificent and outraged. One of them was named Wheeler. The other one, the chest physician, was named something like Caplan. Immediately after the unnecessary surgery the surgeon, Philip Raby Walbaum, prescribed PAS, a cancer promoting anti TB drug. He did not prescribe INAH and streptomycin, which along with PAS were the three drugs used simultaneously at that time for TB.

We publish these letters to inform doubters and as a form of solidarity with the victims

1. From CK0635 Albert Dryden, H M Prison Garth, LEYLAND, LANCS. Dated 3 February 2000.

Note that this bloody Criminal Cases Review Commission usually takes years to get an appeal into its system but it manages to deal with the Dryden appeal in less than 14 days. The Chairman of the CCRC (Sir Frederick Crawford Fax 0121 633 1823) is a Royal Arch Mason and anyone employed by it must be toeing the Masonic line. That means that Mr Dryden stays put as Her Majesty’s guest. Mr Dryden was given the Taylor letter by mistake along with his appeal documentation.

2. From Michael Coughlin, 9 Senate Court, EXMOUTH, Devon EX8 4SF. Dated 24 January 2000.

"After the politically motivated East Devon District Council and Devon and Cornwall Police had succeeded in illegally demolishing my home in Budleigh Salterton while I was detained by the police, my defence documents against the council’s application for possession of my land were removed by the police and never returned. I lost my home and my land following the council’s perjury".

You may recall that one policeman provided evidence in support of Mr Coughlin. A senior police officer said that his colleague was either a liar or mistaken. Not everybody knows that council officials and police commit perjury on a regular basis.

3. From Barry Hunt (Phone/Fax 01305 777348) to John Revell (Fax 01202 498748) Chief Crown Prosecutor, Bournemouth. Dated 9 February 2000.

The correspondence between these two would be hilarious if it wasn’t for the fact that Dorset Police, the CPS and the courts have committed very serious offences against Mr Hunt. Revell is either the best actor in the world or is as thick as pig shit. Brother Hall, a Mason in his department makes the balls and Revell, the pervert, fires them. Barry lays into him and covers a wide range of subjects including the kitchen sink. His spiel runs to two A4 pages of closely typed material. His message to Revell is roughly as follows.

"You are a nasty bit of work Revell. You run a nasty office. We have been researching cases.

I am not requesting those files. I am ordering you to hand them over in accordance with the Prevention of Corruption Act 1906 and 1911. I am conducting my own enquiry into your criminal participation in the conspiracy by members of the Dorset courts and Police Authority to have me maliciously and unlawfully convicted of two offences subjects of Case 324580 in Weymouth Magistrates’ Court and Case A950042 in Dorchester Crown Court.

The enquiry has nothing to do with the Criminal Cases Review Commission where I have been pissing against the wind for years. 1000 salutations to that old Royal Arch Masonic Oaf Crawford. Since Dorset Police persistently fail to investigate their own benders I myself have to undertake the investigation. Nemo me impune lacessit.

Now that you no longer have an excuse for withholding the documentation will you despatch it to me without allowing me to sample any more of your inane bullshit?

Note that Barry Hunt is a big man and an expert wrestler. The Revells, the Halls and the Stichburies of Dorset had better pull their socks up and clear up this mess. Mr Hunt will never give up.

4. Mr Gerald Coulter (Phone/Fax 01923 262726) is abroad on business. We have been able to access his files and have decided to publish some correspondence on High Sheriffs and Under Sheriffs. At the best of times there is something unhealthy about the appointment of High Sheriffs picked by the Queen with a silver pin stabbing a list of names provided presumably by the Grand Lodge of England. The High Sheriff is the overlord of the police and the courts in his bailiwick. Most of his work is done by an Under Sheriff, usually a solicitor, who must indemnify the High Sheriff against any claims made against him. The High Sheriff of Hampshire is Valentine "Puddinghead" Powell who wears a hat for identification purposes when he is feeding his pigs at Pudding Farm, Worthy, Near Winchester. Mr A G Yeatman is the High Sheriff of Dorset. Notwithstanding the unsatisfactory nature of his appointment of High Sheriff of Dorset he appears to be fairly civilised. The Under Sheriff for Hampshire is a crooked solicitor named J I Kennedy of White & Bowker of Winchester (Fax 01962 842300). The Under Sheriffs of Dorset are Lewis Henzell Parkyn senior partner of Dickinson Manser of Poole (Phone 01202 673071 Fax 01202 680470) and his colleague G S Cox. To add some spice Bournemouth comes under the bailiwick of the Under Sheriff of Hampshire (we think). What a cock up! So we have this assole Kennedy as Under Sheriff under both Pudding Head and Mr Yeatman. Gerry Coulter was again prepared to effect a citizen’s arrest on Kennedy as he was with solicitor David Dolton. Kennedy is now seriously ill and hospitalised. Are we heading for the third solicitor suicide in Dorset? Or are we heading for the third Masonic murder? Is Peter the fart Harvey also on a death list or is he still hiding behind the barricades of police HQ at Winfrith?

Letter dated 3 February 2000 from Lewis Henzell Parkyn to Gerald Coulter.

"This is just to confirm my telephone call yesterday when I informed you that, having made enquiries himself, Mr Yeatman is quite willing to see you at this Office with me. However as you are now due to be away until 16^th February, it was left that you would call me on your return to agree a mutually convenient date.

Also realising your concern in this respect, Mr Yeatman has asked me formally to confirm that neither he nor I are, or ever have been , Freemasons.

Yours sincerely, L H Parkyn, Under Sheriff."

Note that Mr Coulter did not suggest that either Mr Yeatman or Parkyn were Masons. Anyway there is no such thing as a Freemason. Not all Masons are corrupt. Not all non-Masons are honest. If these two gentlemen act honestly they will not be subject to a citizen’s arrest. We cannot protect them from the Masonic culling machine just as we, a Mason, could not protect ourself from the Masonic double cross.

Letter dated 27 November 1998 from Norman Saville & Co (Mr Coulter’s solicitors) to Kennedy via his obstructive secretary.

"We confirm that we have evidence relating to ownership of Economy Cars and its assets by Mohammed Parvar. We therefore instruct you to go in and seize the goods and execute the warrant immediately. Failure to do this will result in Mr Parvar removing his assets from the site.

Furthermore we have never heard of a client indemnifying a Sheriff or any other officer of the court who are operating within the jurisdiction of the court. Our client believes that your claims that he should indemnify you are at the minimum, ultra vires, and at the maximum, a criminal offence at common-law for obstructing powers granted by statute, obstructing powers granted by the court and obstructing the execution of this warrant. Our client further instructs us that if the warrant is not executed and seizure made immediately, he will hold the Sheriff responsible for facilitating the removal of assets from the site by Mr Parvar.

Yours faithfully, Norman Saville and Co."

That is but a small sample. Mr Coulter, the wronged party, has been a victim of corruption by counsel, councils, courts and police. Kennedy is currently under investigation by two honest policemen in Dorset. The CPS will obstruct them or the CPS solicitor Hall will commit suicide. Mr Coulter is not going to run away. He is a Samurai warrior who accepts the smiles and frowns of life with equanimity except where these are detrimental to his family. Chief Constable Stichbury should start tidying up the backlog of corruption, which she inherited. Procrastination is the thief of time. Tempus fugit.

As reported Lord Justice Simon Brown made Mr Scriven a vexatious litigant but empowered members of the public to criticise judges severely without incurring threats of imprisonment and fines. What Simon Brown doesn’t know is that his notes fell into the wrong hands after the hearing and that Mr Scriven intends to have him imprisoned. Detective Chief Inspector Timothy Harvey of the Met Fraud Squad, 7 Richbell Place, London WC1N 3LN has been investigating some high profile cases including Mr Scriven’s where proof of judicial corruption has been provided. It now seems that the Metropolitan Commissioner Stevens is on trial. He should have enough clout to ensure that the Director of Public Prosecutions does not save the judges from prosecution.

We warned Mr Scriven about Simon Brown before the hearing (Our case ref. CO 1708/88, Simon Brown, Judicial Review, 21 December 1988). We vowed that neither he nor the other judges involved in our police frame-up would get away with it. Again we do not have space to deal with Mr Scriven’s case and our own but we will do so as soon as we are able to do so. Nil carborundum illegitimi, Geoffrey.

Our credibility is called into question by false information we published last week. Durham police did not threaten to force entry into Kellett’s (Phone/Fax 0191 526 4555) house if he did not tell them where the key was hidden. David Hughes, Kellett’s solicitor, said that the police would do so. Durham police did not say that Kellett was believed to have threatened to kill Doctor Wylie. It was Kellett’s solicitor who provided this information. There is no firm evidence that either the police or Hughes entered Kellett’s home other than that Hughes described salient features of Kellett’s home. According to Kellett nothing appeared to have been touched when he first visited the house. The police could have been placing a bug. Kellett now claims that after leaving his key with his brother documents, letters and an air rifle were removed from his home by his brother. His brother is the Mason who is also leader of Durham City Council. His brother’s wife is a sister tutor at Dryburn Hospital where the police took Kellett. She has been telling anyone who would listen that Kellett requires psychiatric treatment.

Maurice Kellett misled us last week possibly unintentionally. Others and we have been troubled by the fact that he went missing. We all wasted a lot of time. It is this sort of behaviour, which discredits us and the victims whom we support. We would like to dissociate ourself from Kellett but cannot do so until we are sure that he is free from persecution. At least he has the courage to speak out against our crooked establishment and its Masonic rubbish. Without a shadow of doubt he was a victim of judicial corruption. Without a doubt the police acted maliciously last week. Prima facie it looks as if Kellett’s brother and his wife conspired with the Masons in the police to have Kellett detained in a mental hospital and probably subjected to electro convulsive therapy.

Since writing the above material the Kellett story has changed again. He now says that firstly the police threatened to break his door down and then Hughes told him that the police had a right to break his door down and would do so. Jesus wept.
