Mr Kellett has sworn a statement for the Official Receiver Inglis. In it he alleges perjury and fraud. We now know that Official Receiver cannot ignore such statements and can refer the case back to the court or take other appropriate action. Look out Kichener of Chiltern District Council!

During our enquiries into Tomlin orders we found that one had been made in a Kellett case apparently by Judge Fryer-Spedding whom Mr Kellett accused of corrupt practices. Fryer-Spedding retired after the Kellett case and is believed to be in hiding in the Lake District. It appears that a Tomlin order is a "by consent" order which effectively halts proceedings but binds the parties to behave in a manner set down on a separate sheet which is annexed to the main order enabling it to remain confidential. We cannot imagine Mr Kellett asking for anything to be kept under wraps and have to assume that the terms of the order were ultra vires.

The other matter which we would mention again is that a Deputy District Judge heard an appeal by Mr Kellett against a District Judge. Now we can look forward to a magistrate taking an appeal against the Lord Chief Justice. We must do something about the rotten state of the law in this country.

Mr Scriven is not a war criminal, a violator of human rights, a spy, a government minister sodomite who wasted police time, the suicidal judge Gee, Earnest Saunders with senile dementia, a convicted rapist or the drug peddling son of the Home Secretary. He is simply a law-abiding citizen.

The man behind his persecution is the Attorney General acting for the Labour Party. He is Lord Williams of Mostyn another Welsh sychophant who would put his grandmother up for sale. On a recent visit to the USA he proclaimed that the system there was much more open there than in the UK where lawyers and court officials serve themselves and not the public. Williams is a bloody lawyer who will become a judge when he will still serve himself and his profession and exploit the public. He is in fact agreeing with Geoffrey Scriven the man he wants to gag and imprison. Some judges are absolute scum.

While not everybody agrees that all judges are bent thousands agree with Mr Scriven that there is a judicial Mafia which is absolutely corrupt and without conscience. Here is what Mr & Mrs Masefield (Fax 01308 485729) wrote in a long. informed and courteous letter dated 12 January to Williams.

The Masefields are octogenarians who have been cheated and persecuted by West Dorset District Council, the police, the Charity Commissioners, the Land Registry, Ordnance Survey and other august bodies. Were we able to put a curse on their tormentors we would wish them the best of misfortune.

We have explained how Assistant Chief Constable Homo shot himself in the foot over disclosure of evidence. He learned his lesson and now writes two sentence letters in code. He has passed the Masefields’ letter to the Clerk to the Police Authority who is still presumably the bent Mason and former Chief executive of Dorset County Council. He was the ratbag who did not comply with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and refer the Gerald Coulter and Barry Hunt cases for investigation by an outside police force. Harvey should have been prosecuted but was installed in the HQ of Dorset Constabulary.

Would you please explain why you do not acknowledge receipt of correspondence related to the widespread corruption and environment offences committed in this Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty?

At the drug site the riverbed was excavated along its entire length and there is noise, light, traffic and aquifer pollution. Upstream there is further pollution of the sources of drinking water and the River Misbourne is being converted to sewage for profit.

It may be that Mr Prescott, MP, has ordered you to turn a blind eye to all environmental damage. Surely you have higher moral standards than politicians. Note that the Rt. Hon. Tony Benn, MP, has stated that this government does not have an ethical foreign policy. This government has no ethical standards in any sphere of its operations.

Why don’t you set an example and resign in protest? You have no right to be paid from the public purse when you betray the public interest.

Comment: Tony Benn was giving his views on the decision to repatriate General Pinochet. He referred to a raft of human rights abuses – bombing Iraq and Serbia and shipping arms to dictatorships. The independent medical panel, which examined Pinochet, will be honoured in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for services to British Industry.

Time and again we are appalled by the behaviour of people whom we are supposed to respect. Mills’ behaviour suggests that he suffers delusions of grandeur typical of Masons dealing with "the profane". There is little likelihood of his being prosecuted for misconduct in public office.

Kohl has let himself, his party and Germany down by accepting donations from arms dealers. The arms industry is second in value to the drugs industry. Both industries are inextricably connected. General Noriega was the classic example of drugs being used to purchase guns. We have seen official drug distribution on a large scale in the UK and have written to the German ambassador seeking his help to reduce drug trafficking by a German company in our area.

Following that she has been harassed continuously by the police most of whom are also backward Masons. There is no future in Dorset, Devon and Cornwall for the bright policeman.

Miss Handley has complained to the Advertising Standards Authority that a Dorset police advertisement is false in that crime is out of control, proper investigations are mot made and response to calls is unacceptably slow. She also accuses the police of supporting known criminals who are running Home and Neighbourhood Watch Schemes.

Like Gerald Coulter and Barry Hunt Miss Handley has been stitched up by the Crown Prosecution Service in the form of barrister Mrs Patricia Marlow, a member of Mrs. Shirley Hopkins’ team advised by the bent Mason Hall. When Miss Handley decided to complain Marlow said "Do your worst". Women like Marlow are traitors to their sex happy with the crumbs from the Masons’ tables.

Chief Constable Stichbury has been awarding commendations all round to police officers. She is seen posing wit h the recipients of her praise including one policeman who caught a car thief and the porcine form of High Sheriff of Dorset Anthony Proboscis Yeatman. One of her senior officers who helped to steal Gerald Coulter’s car was awarded the Queen’s Police Medal. Yeatman condoned the corruption of his under sheriff in connection the theft of the same car. He has not the guts to discuss the matter with Mr Coulter. Cowardice is the hallmark of such Masons. Dorset police appear to be in a bigger mess than other forces. Presumably it will take Stichbury years to root out useless officers who were promoted solely because they were Masons.

Significantly the Police Complaints Authority (PCA) has written to Dorset Police demanding a copy of the original constitution of a Neighbourhood Watch Group involved in a complaint lodged by Miss Handley with the PCA. The significance of this is that the PCA has ignored all complaints about serious corruption by the police in their raids on various homes starting on 8 August last year. We mention the cases again and give you the latest information. Firstly let us give you more information about the shoot-to-kill policy of the UK police.

In the November issue of "Sporting Gun" there is a report of how a man licensed to have a shotgun was observed by a police helicopter as he shot rabbits in a field with the farmer’s permission. He was ordered to drop his gun and was subjected to all sorts of abuse. Drop your gun. Walk away. Lie face down with hands behind your back. Handcuffed. Searched. Wait for an hour for an armed police back-up. Eventually released and given his gun. No apology. Throughout his ordeal he was in the gun sight of a police sniper who had been dropped out of sight earlier by the helicopter. Had he made a gesture that could have been misinterpreted he would have been a dead man and the police would have stated that he fired at them.

Last year a 16 year old boy from Falmouth was walking to the beach carrying an ancient air rifle. A police car spotted him and called up its gun slinging mob which shot the boy dead without warning. His mother is trying to prosecute the police for murder. The Chief Constable was knighted. He is the one who has the use of 12 police vehicles including a motorcycle.

On 18 August last year a bent cop appeared alone outside our door. He should not have been near the door since he was allegedly present to prevent a breach of the peace. He was trapped by a councillor along with what appeared to be a police marksman whom he had summoned to his aid. He stated that we had said to him "You’re dead." Had he not been caught red handed we would have been dead and a gun would have been found on our person.

On 8 August last year the probability is that the police intended to kill Norman Scarth of Leeds. There is now a widely held view that the police are likely to shoot to kill to meet the demands of their political masters.

Yet again we report the following cases of police raids. We (VOMIT) had 2,7and 7 the policemen on 18, 21 and 22 August. Norman Scarth (Phone/Fax 0113 262 4179) had 7 crooks on 8 August. Peter Prankerd (Phone 0797 714 5737) had 8 crooks on 10 November. Peter Hayward (Fax 01892 520254 Phone 01892 530478) had 4 crooks on 10 November. Maurice Kellett (Phone/Fax 0191 526 4555) had 9 crooks on 18 November and 2 crooks on 26 November at 1145 hours and an unknown number three hours later. At the time of the Prankerd raid there were police raids at other connected addresses in the North of England. Mr Kellett’s barrister is Neil Addison who deals primarily with criminal cases. All of those raids were the result of corruption and were accompanied by unlawful telephone tapping. Complaints to the appropriate authorities are ignored. Two elderly victims (74 years old) could have died under a hail of bullets.

We have not been able to get the name and address of the secretary to the Police Authority for Thames Valley. It is a State secret. He will be bent anyway. We reported our raids to all the female members of the Police Authority. Not one replied. Norman Scarth took his case before three female magistrates. They threw it out. Mr Kellett’s solicitor, David Hughes, should have acted against the police but he is obviously a brother Mason. Peter Prankerd has established that the police acted unlawfully and is taking legal action against them. He requires evidence of what the barristers were saying as they waited outside the court.

We consider that all the named victims are at risk of death from police action.

A George Cross for the Ulster Constabulary. Innocent of any involvement in Rosemary Nelson’s murder. Still no report on Bloody Sunday. No real reduction in the army presence. No change in the Ulster Constabulary. Surely the IRA has a right to demand change before it hands in its weapons. Get the shirtlifter out of Ireland. Make him cruising ambassador to Brazil.
