We have been ill for about a fortnight during which period we have been flooded with documents; letters, floppy discs and files. This means that we cannot do as much as we would like to do. May the whole corrupt edifice of UK law collapse in the not too distant future.

For a long time we have worried night and day about one of our victims who has no local support. He is also, according to himself, very ill. Being fairly ill ourself during the past fortnight we expected a little understanding from him. Now we are beginning to wonder whether he is real. We omit most of the detail. In repeated defiance of our advice and wishes he has continued to swap abuse with a well-known group of American scumbag Masons. Also against our wishes he has flooded us and the Internet with long-winded details of his personal experiences. If we ask him for specific information he will excuse himself by telling us that he is busy posting to the Internet. Within the past week he has had time to post a long personal statement to 95 News Groups on the Internet but did not have time to confirm that a fax number was correct. We explained to him that if every subscriber to the Internet behaved as he had done the Internet would be rendered useless. Demon, for once, had a genuine reason for disconnecting him. Demon gave him a week to apologise if he wished to be restored. He refuses to admit that he is in the wrong. The fact that one of his email addresses is no longer available to a number of people does not concern him. Having taken over the Internet he has also taken over VOMIT and set up two Web Pages with VOMIT issues. He is capable of tailoring the contents to enhance his reputation. ‘The man stood on the burning deck. His feet were full of blisters. He had no trousers to put on. So he put on his sister’s. A cannonball removed his head But still he stood his ground. An empty head’s a work of God. His void was never found’.

Since we do not know whether our publications have been altered we advise caution. We have to continue to support the victim even if he is discrediting our whole campaign.

The damage this man has caused is incalculable. There are widespread ramifications. By his open association with us he provides Demon with a cover for unlawfully censoring us. In the New Year’s Honours List Ian Robinson, Chief Executive of Scottish Power, is awarded a Knighthood for services to the electricity industry. Scottish Power has been playing musical chairs to conceal its disparate parts. It embraced Scottish Telecoms and Demon Internet. In March 1999 it amalgamated with Southern Electric. The Scottish Masons then took control. Demon immediately cut us and an associated site off the Internet. In August Southern Electric, aided by Ofgem, carried out unlawfully a fishing expedition at our premises to allow a bent Thames Valley Police force to raid our premises with a view to seizing our computers and files. According to the police their justification was a false statement made by John Hearn of H Hearn & Son, beneficiaries of police and council corruption related to the adjacent drug site. When we made a final plea to our victim he politely talked down to us. He was cocky. He said, "I am not apologising to Demon because I am right and anyway a man must make his own decisions". Of course he is not the first victim to use other victims to promote his own cause. This man has taken up a great deal of time and space over the past year. If we stop publishing VOMIT you may take it that we have had enough of people like him. We must work as a team.

As my last official act of 1999, I would like to invite all CFAFH supporters to a special pre-hearing rally for Geoffrey Scriven outside the Royal Courts of Justice from noon – 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 19th.

As hearings involving litigants in person are all too often outcome driven, it seems wise to put pressure on beforehand as well as on the day. I suggest that CFAFH does this as follows:

1. Several days prior to the 19^th CFAFH will send a press release to the media briefly explaining the issues and inviting the press to attend the pre-hearing rally.
2. CFAFH will publish a "CFAFH supports Geoffrey Scriven" hand out to be distributed on the 19^th and also on the 26^th.
3. The leaflet will also publicise other cases: "……and CFAFH supports……" on the reverse.
4. On the 19^th and 26^th CFAFH will again cheer up the Tipstaff by hanging out "secret briefs" on the golden clothesline.

Please let us know by fax, phone or email, if you will be able to attend the pre-hearing rally in addition to the hearing on the day. Also, please let me know if you want a brief summary of your experience (and your phone number) to be included on the handout.

IMPORTANT: I have suggested the 19^th as it gives me the maximum time to put the handout together. However, if there is a valid reason to change to a slightly earlier date, please contact me to discuss this. If the date is changed, I will contact everyone who is expecting to attend on the 19^th. His solicitor is David Hughes of Harding Swinburne Jackson, Sunderland (Fax 0191 883 4554) Mr Kellett was ordered by Newcastle Crown Court to appear at Stockton on Tees on 5 January. He has to be in Newcastle Crown Court at the same time on 5 January. We wonder how his legal team will wriggle out of that. In 1961 we had a hearing in Glasgow when we were suing the Mobil Oil Company. We learned that servants of the Court of Session were all over the West of Scotland looking for us to order us to appear in the Court of Session, Edinburgh at the same time. Plus ca change plus c’est la meme chose. We wish Mr Kellett good luck. He has defended his corner with a single mindedness of purpose, which is truly awe inspiring.

Where do we start? There are some people who never learn a lesson. Some of Dorset’s victims are hoping to do a deal with Stichbury and are dropping accusations against Harvey of the Police Authority and Aldous and May. The Queen has been good enough to award May the Queen’s Police Medal.

Mr & Mrs Masefield set out the cases against the various corrupt authorities. If they are in error all they want to know is where they are in error. For Christ’s sake waken up. The Temporary Assistant Chief Constable J I Homer wrote to the Masefields on 21 December 1999 as follows. "Turning to your previous correspondence in which you requested a supply of police reports and documents, I would like to take the opportunity of advising you that, whilst I am satisfied that there is no evidence of criminal offence on this or previous occasions you have referred to, I have also sought legal advice on the disclosure of documents. As a result, I am confirming the police will not be providing you with the papers you requested." Lest this rubbish takes anyone in ask yourselves how the prat reached such a high rank without finding out what the legal position was regarding disclosure. There is worse to come. Even if Dorset Constabulary was honest and found that offences had been committed the Crown Prosecution Service would not prosecute. Gerald Coulter found to his cost that Burk, the bent car dealer who made off with his car, had a brother, a police officer who was a member of Lodge 4355 Purbeck, Branksome. He was the one who shoplifted a hair dryer from Boots and then walloped the security man when stopped. He left Dorset but could still be a bent copper in another force. The CPS betrayed Mr Coulter where the man in charge is Roger Hall of Lodge 8099 Vespasian, Branksome. We repeat that we do not believe that David Dolton, the solicitor, committed suicide. By referring to Gerald Coulter as an Iranian gangster in his "suicide note" one is entitled to assume that he was writing under duress and was trying to leave a message behind him. Bear in mind that the alleged suicide occurred on a Sunday night and that the coroner’s enquiry was completed by the following Thursday. Mr Coulter has every confidence in the two Detective Sergeants who are conducting enquiries. Not all policemen are bad but only the scum are promoted above the rank of inspector. Mr Scriven is certain that he will be double-crossed again by the charlatan Hall.

Devon and Cornwall Constabulary is on a par with Dorset. The Queen has been gracious enough to make Chief Constable J S Evans a Knight in the New Year’s Honours List. Likewise she has knighted John Stevens, former Chief Constable of Northumbria and soon to be Metropolitan Commissioner. Be assured that Blair is bent on having a corrupt police state.

The bent bastards have subjected the Prankerds to cruel abuse. When they visited their doctor last week they found their house on fire. The fire had been started next door in an unoccupied house. Their story is truly horrendous and complex. They name a large number of bent judges. The prime mover of the Prankerd troubles was Carrick District Council with its usual pollution of Masons.
